right first 2 shots are of my ko kush, the one remaining, this baby is easily ahead of the jackberrys,

pics 3 and 4 are jackberry's lil bit behind, one thing, that isnt noticable on the pics is that the very tips of both jb's have like almost a white spot on the tip, wondering if this is genetic or a problem beginning to show?

and last pic are my 2 recently planted seeds

Look at those lil' ladies J!!! Cool stuff man, you just gotta accept her with all of her flaws bro...sounds like it's just a little loss of pigment. She'll grow up a happy girl.

Hey laz, yea my main gripe is still the long rootlet, I like to get them right as they pop and I dont know if because I check so often or what but I never get a long rootlet. No accidental bending of a long rootlet.

Just my method.

Word Dex, same here. I have germed 2 grows worth of beans with the papper towel method and think its by far the easiest / quickest method. I popped some bag seed beans (hermi beans from a grow I had) for testing and they sprouted in less than 24 hours.. I never let the root get long enough to snap either. I get a nice little tap root, plant like an 1/8th of an inch deep and put light on them right away.. Like someone said they have heat and they try and find the light. My .2

Dex doesn't use paper towels bro, he was making the point that he doesn't do so because if the tap root gets too long he is afraid of breaking it. You must have got some posts confused.

Right guys new update,

El Monstre just broke ground, no sign of my second ko kush
my jb's are storming ahead working on third leafs, and same with the kush but it looks a lil behind the 2 jb's.
ill get some pics up later tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

afraid the white on the leafs might be the start of powerdy mildew or something, so kinda nervous dunno if i should start treating it or if im being paranoid

ok i believe i have powerdy mildew, so i began treatment with the water/baking soda and soap solution

some pics of the kids, JB's are really moving along nicely, KOK is doing fine too, my el monstre is coming along but still no sign of my second kok, i tihnk kush's arnt my strong point.

pics are as follows

My seedlings
JackBerry1

JackBerry2
JackBerry2

KOKush1
KOKush1

they look very droopy in those photos, im misting them a few times a day feeding them plain water, very small amounts of it every 24-36 hours, dunno if its cos they arnt strong enough to support the weight of the leafs or what

but anyway, 2 weeks since those first seeds were planted, im quite happy with the garden so far

looks to me like they may be a little bit over-watered in those pics. sorry to hear about the PM. 1 more thing, the jackberry will probably get pretty tall in flowering, much taller than the KO kush. do you plan on flowering the jackberry earlier than the KO? Good luck and keep at it

ya im guessing that myself so backing off a good bit and gonna let them dry out.
the PM solution i fear has burned the tips of the Jb's think ill swap it out for a water/milk combo, supposed to work too, no i plan on topping them and flowering them together
