Yeah my ppm is like 950 it would be higher if I was still adding other stuff. Im only running GH 3 part...hydrogaurd....calmag...awesome blossomhave to agree....you are lookin great.....just keep a watchfull eye for any changes.....I usually notice around week 6-7 girls start sucking there water down quickley.....and res may become consentrated....then again you all keep your ppm's really low so you probably wouldnt ever go over what would be harmfull.....and that is why you guys are good to go.....alot of peeps I have run with will run around 2.0.....so when plants start hittin the stride....it can climb to 2.5-2.8 even 3 in like 2 days......
Like he said just watch that ppm.your doin great.Yeah my ppm is like 950 it would be higher if I was still adding other stuff. Im only running GH 3 part...hydrogaurd....calmag...awesome blossom
What's the highest you would allow ppm...feel free to chime in here too @Wisher619Like he said just watch that ppm.your doin great.
I just watch the plant. I get up to 1k on the bigger heavier eaters. But I'd say 750-800 is average for my max. What's the highest you would allow ppm...feel free to chime in here too @Wisher619
Yeah I've been rocking then at 950 peak and haven't noticed any issues....but if I see the ppm get over that I now know to top it off to lower it (what ive been doing but kinda guessing on ppm before this dialoge just lucky that I wasn't brave enough to go above 950ppm)Like as we speak on this critical... I just bumped her up to around 900ppm and just as were talking about this, she has really started hammering the water. Well over a gallon a day. After she drank around 4 gal it jumped to right over 1kppm so I just cut it with 100ppm ro/tap mix, and brought her down to about 820ppm. I'll see where she is in a couple days and that will determine what I set the ppm at when I do the next change. If it climbs still then I'll lower more. If it stays steady then I'll leave her be. She's real close to that sweet spot. And ph is rock steady .Set it about 6 and she's 6.1 after a few days.
Your plants may love more ppm. I don't know the strain or the system well enough to say where you should be. They are really happy now so I imagine they wouldn't like much more. The plants tell you what the want. Just watch the plants and your numbers and they will trek you everything. If you check mid week and they hammer ppm, like it's dropped 150ppm or something like that I would bump it up. This being you're first run I'd just keep doing what you're doing tho. When your close to that sweet spot everything will go smooth. Nothing will spike and plants will stay perky.Yeah I've been rocking then at 950 peak and haven't noticed any issues....but if I see the ppm get over that I now know to top it off to lower it (what ive been doing but kinda guessing on ppm before this dialoge just lucky that I wasn't brave enough to go above 950ppm)
Yeah right now its basically to the point I don't have to do anything.... It's like set it and forget it....I check to be safe but it really is doing all the work.Your plants may love more ppm. Yeah I just do what the bottle says per gallon and they look good. I haven't been using a sweetener so hopefully they taste ok still.when the plants have the proper amount of light and the right amount of H2o along with just enough +/- ions to exchange
they start to cruise to the finish line
getting nice and fat
problems occur when there is to much or to little of any of the 3.....which will cause an imbalance
lucky for us there is a large margin of error with these plants
You guys let me know when its time to back off nutes and everything OK. I want these ladies tasting good as they look.A couple are ahead but you don't have to harvest the same time.
