Are you running hydroguard? I don't have a chiller so my water stays 70°+. This hydroguard keeps roots perfect

I have always been told that expanded clay pellets do not increase or decrease your rez solution. there was a time a few years back when there was a lot of inferior hyroton being marketed and I understand that was causing all sorts of Ph related issues. However it is my understanding that this is no longer the case. I use Hydroton all the time and dont have any problems with Ph control. FWIW

Good to hear, I used hydroton back in the 90's and had problems with Ph, using lava rock now. Might try some hydroton in the future.

I never used it before the last year. But never had any real some issues. I started to one grow in the last year and added it. I've been a believer ever since.

I really haven't had any issue in hydroten. But all it basically does in my grow is get the plant started. The rocks are only partially submerged at the beginning (1").

That's all right on the money. Can't ask for any better than that. My trips at the tops are 78-85 depending on weather. I own the house up if it's 60℉ or better outside. With the air on and 73 in the house my my top temp is around 85. My res temp stays between 68-77 for the same reasons. I'm running 1800 gph of air in the 10gal bucket. Super overkill it's like under/over current lol. But as you can see the girls love it.
