This is a great product for beginners... i would recommend starting with something like this and add a bottle of calmag... follow the feeding schedule accordingly but feed at 50% of what they say to use!!!

That light in that space, you should be able to run that light dimmed quite a bit. Plenty of light for the space, heat is bad for electronics so if you can get away with running it dimmed then your light will last longer.
