Flipping to flower from veg

Her growmies when do i know when to switch my girls into flower? Its been two months in veg. Any advice pls

Its all about your space, in terms of vertical distance from lights to the potential 2ft of stretch during flower. But, 2months should be ready to flower, but you want to look for alternate node spacing before flipping them to be sure.
Full disclosure, I'm a noob grower.

@ThisGuy420 has it right. you flip to 12/12 when you want to flip to 12/12. You can run plants at 12/12 from the very beginning.

my tent is 5.5 ft high. I dont know how much my plants will grow if i switch tho. Im still amateur just looking for advice

You can always through your plants into flowering with an day of darkness whenever you are ready from my experience with photos...

I'm not growing photos but however tall your plants r now if you through them into flowering now they might grow an extra foot or two but once the plants start flowering they stop putting energy into growing and start putting energy into making the buds...

Keep in mind day 1 of veg is the first day you have plants with full strength light on a 18/6 or 24 hour light schedule. If you're 2 months from that date, I'd say that's more than enough time to get a good sized plant that's ready to flower. If you have a 1 ft tall plant that you flip into flower you'll most likely finish with a 3 ft plant. Keep in mind you need to keep your lights a certain distance above the plants. If you have sativas, they'll stretch even more, possibly. If you've grown them too tall already you might consider topping them, letting them recover for a week, then going into flower.

Yah of course glad I could help if I did but yah once your through them into flower mode the plants will start putting it's energy into growing buds like thatrapperweed said you will most likely finish with the 3 ft 3 and 1/2 ft plant cuz it's not going to grow much more length it's going to grow budge now...

My grow room is only 28 inches by 5 foot,10 foot tall ceiling....

Surely thats not 2 months in veg? Its a perfect time to trim it up and train it how you want to flower it. And then flip in it 2 weeks.

They sprouted two days after halloween. So i think its been two months. Im not sure if that counts as start of veg
