what happens to outdoor marijuana grown in the ground?

It looks like this is gonna be a debate that will last forever 
..
Once you cut the nutrient supply off in the last 2 weeks of flowering, the plant is gonna only drink the plain water u give it. When i flush i always check my nutrient runoff to make sure those chemicals are reducing via the EC / PPM level. This makes 100% sense to me to do, so we end up getting that white cigarette type ash when we smoke b4 the drying and curing takes over to help out further. Each 2 their own but i would hate smoking something that had not been flushed

I ran into this 2weeks into flowwr is this what nutrient lock looks like It just started drooping all kf a sudden
