Yes they come naturaly..some years more than others..
Yes im sure there is plenty for them to eat
But im not seeing any mite damage on the outdoor plants
I did get mites in the greenhouse though.I slowed em down with mighty wash
and they didnt hurt the buds a bit

I am seeing lots of little leaf hoppers this year...those suck
pretty much gotta kill those by hand

Never ending battle. My spring crop of veggies got tore the fuck up. I was super lazy about it though. I coulda used the help of more beneficials big time.

I spray my plants with the garden hose almost everyday (twice on hot days)
But I dont spray anything else because I dont want to hurt any good bugs :)

It was windy and her roots got a little ruffed up
but I think she will like her new shoes
