I take a 5qt pot fill it w trim pour water over it till the leaves are covered bring it to a boil add some butter turn it down to a simmer fer 2hrs. strain it and done!!. Put the liquid in the fridge till the fat seperates and solidifies.
I recken i use bout 1 1/2 ounces of trim per stick of butter but im pretty informal bout the whole process

It wasnt that. It was the condescending attitude and bs way he treated me. He couldve been like..hey not cool man...and i wouldve said sorry. It was like, i was at a house party at someones house i didnt know and i took something out the fridge now were gonna scrap attitude. Totally uncalled for and disrespectful. It was dumb and amongst a series of really lame events. Im a respectful and easy going dude til you treat me shitty, especially for no good reason... I guess it just makes me angry that i didnt confront him and just walked out. I hate that feeling.
