@amekins , Not being chauvenistic because your a woman, your just hands down the best edible baker on the farm, so just wondering, help please, got an oz or so of nice fluffy stuff , want to make some butter for cakes etc, havnt got time to get coconut oil or anything like that, just after a nice simple butter recipe, and maybe a cookie one to go with it if possible, so many different ways on you tube, I just thought to myself, " I know who will be able to help"

Awww that’s kind.

Ok, cannabutter. If you want to use the entire oz, use 2 (or 3) sticks of butter. Break up the bud loosely and put it in a mason jar, seal, and place on a towel on a cookie sheet. Put in an oven preheated to 245 F for 30 minutes. Give the jar a good shake halfway through. Remove from oven and allow to cool in jar (it cuts down on smell). Put your butter and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan and heat until butter is melted. Stir in the cannabis and cook over very low heat 2-3 hrs, stirring occasionally. You don’t want it to boil, just keep a nice low even heat, adding more water if needed. You can also add some sunflower lecithin to help with absorption, but for baked goods it’s fine to leave out. After 2-3 hrs, turn off the heat and strain the mixture into a measuring cup (you can use a clean old cotton tee shirt doubled over, or cheesecloth. Don’t throw away the raffia (plant material) as it can be mixed into brownie mix for potent brownies). Put the strained mixture into the fridge. It will separate and you will have the butter solidified on top. Discard the water.

Thank you so much, I don't mind what kind of cookie, just a plain or choc chip, I love Terry's chocolate orange chips in cookies, amaze balls 😍

You can use the cannabutter in any cookie recipe you’d like. Personally, I like something chocolate or with strong spicy flavors (think gingerbread) works best to complement or mask the cannabis taste.

She’s just like a real mom but on the web ........ that’s the old school style of butter right there we used it when there were no poppies ... but that another thread for another time .

3 yrs ago I was homeless and on heroin, I started my journey on methadone and trying to get my life back, I was taught how to tend a grow by my "stepdad" of 12 years , we ended up with me tending it with the promise of halfs on the outcome to help me out.

2 weeks before harvest he tried to murder my mother! put a bag over her head and tried to suffocate her, long story short, police put his door in looking for him and found the crop.
Luckily for me and my mam there was 1 tent untouched in a box with the extras, so to help my mam out I offered to set up again and give her half, as per the original agreement with the devil.

4 months down the line, 2 "police officers" appeared in my home, armed with samurai swords and took all the drying product!

Unfazed by this and against everyones advice. I started AGAIN.
Moved home,

4 months later and I got my first shit harvest. just barely paid the bills and gave my mam something to live on(shes not well and getting on in years).

4 months later,
Covid hit.
Used lockdown to get off of Methadone. and set up to go again.

Then I found The Farm.

We get out first good harvest. Go away for 2 nights in a hotel and come home to My house had been burgled,, turned upside down, plants destroyed or stolen(only kids but managed to get a lot of equipment back but couldnt save most of the plants)

So I went AGAIN set away quick fire autos and a sog.

This Brings us to today again,
Im sat here, with my 3 kids and wife, in my mams house, shes doing brilliant stopped having nightmares and is actually living life again(Ive just set her up with her own "attic conversion"😉😉)
Ive never been happier in my ENTIRE life. My family are all around me and Ive managed to scrape the shit out of my life in more than 1 way.

For all 2020 has been the year from hell, It has also been a year of awakening and growth for me.
Probably one of the most pivotal years of my life.
As the saying goes "If at first you dont succeed, try try and try again"

Sorry for the Monologue, just got carried away with the festiveness and thankful time of year..

You know what separates winners from losers? Winners get up after the 9th knockdown and try again.

Flipped the gorilla clones 2 nights ago, they're bit big for my liking nd might still have to pull 1 or 2 if they don't pull round, not flowering sickly plants, one reason I always have extra plants now, just in case.

Need to get intake on them too as they're just using passive vents at mo.

On the cards today : make amekins budda.

On the cards tonight : eat myself stupid
