Does that include outdoor and indoor. Here in Cali only only medical card holders can grow outside. Rec grows are limited to indoor and I think maybe 4 plants. Depending on County med grows are a minimum of 8 to 99 in Oakland. It may have changed but thats what it was a few years back.Exactly. Yeah. Pretty much have to say weed works for me better than this Rx. Insomnia is a good excuse to get a med card here. Plus I think an 18 yo can get a med card but can't rec smoke.In Canadaa medical license is easier to get than toilet paper during the pandemic.... not sure how it is there.
