its prolly a spider... when you have a web with mites you can see them crawling around

and thye might enjoy a good dose of ferts right about now :)

so when i checked my tray of babies i noticed what looked like a web going from my reflector to my container/plants but didn't see any mites . do any other pest leave webs (besides spiders of course)? @Tnelz @Seamaiden
i would take pics but it wouldn't help. no sign of anything on leaves or underside of them.
Yes, there are species of caterpillars that create webs. In fact, it's finally just ended, but there's something that makes 'pillars in my black oak tree, and they drop onto you from silk strands.

What's up Drewski?Still getting some pretty cold nights probably doesn't help much.Maybe a bit of salt in the air?Just guessing, hope to see you before I hit the road, one month and counting down! ;)

I had broad mites turn my leaves yellow but the first sign is yellow spots on leaves on the upper nodes of ur plant...I had healthy leaves with yellow places all over them..if u have not taken in any cuts In u should be fine on mites..my mites came from the u.s.postal service..I got fire og, headband, choco D, cuts from michigan is where mine came from.im rid of them now...I hope!!!!!!!!ive ran another cycle 64 days without seeing them yet....good luck

A few quick pics of my guerilla grow. Csi's bubba s1, homebrews starry eyed dawg and seed junkies animal face. These pics arefrom a few days back.the weather has been terrible the last week or so. Couldn't get to my other patch but will try to take more pics of everything asap.

A couple pics of the starry eyed dawg(#1,2 &3). Hopefully I'll end up with at least 2 girls and if not, I'll save a male. These plants are already putting off a very nice, stank chem odor. They've seemed to do well with overwatering(due to the weather) compared to everything else.

A couple shots of other plants in a different patch. From top to bottom , bubba s1(#3),whiteromulan (#1) and animalface(#1). The #3 bubba has been so slow to come along but im going to keep her alive unless she keeps lagging behind

I haven't but so long as there are no bugs peat is peat. I'd go for it man. Doesnt have the inherent quality issues like coco so no worries man. Just 1 man's opinion.

how much lime should i add to a bale of peat(keep in mind im adding a half dozen amendments)?
Just go a tbls or 3/4 tbls per gallon. Get some ouster shells please. Lol. U will see such a better consistency to ur mix over lime. All that mag really binds it up. But it's fine I'd just suggest going with love low side of application rate. 3/4 of a tbls. U could go as high as 2 or 3 tbls. Won't hurt ya. Good luck brother.

damn .i already have some oyster shell in my homemade mix.fresh, local oysters i pulverized myself.
So as long as they are finely ground to an equal consistency of lime it's a far better choice. Your mix will be way better. Imo.
