Is Ten hours of Light and huge temp swings gonna produce decent buds?
(40 at nite and 80 in the afternoon)
I aim to find out. But would like some opinions

I opened it up today, to take pics and let them bask in the Sun :sun
they are ready to be fed.

U can still make killer buds with a great strain but the buds won't get super dense they will b light & fluffy.. They will b light & fluffy not cuz of the 10 hrs of blooming but cuz the sun is so far away from the Earth this time of year.. The sun isn't strong enough 2 dense up the buds like in the summer time when the sun is close 2 earth

I didn't really have much choice...I have no room for them.

rig up some kind of light dep with a winch or something... you will get 6 outdoor harvests a year

Light deprivation!! Like in dead of summer time put a black box or bag over the plants 2 force them 2 flower.. Juss like turning off the lights indoors but doing it outside..

better have buds just a little leafier and lighter than the at peak season, then no buds at all, especially if you dont have surplus from last year and dont want to use up a shit ton of electricity, if youre not in an industrail area that shits expensive espcially in socal

for my outdoor I had great results using the foxfarm line up for my last late winter grow .....for the p ive been using tiger,beastie,and cha ching......makes the buds dense and fattens them up. I put six plants outside on christmas that i had vegging for a month under some t5s and the plants just look off and has insane amounts of bud sites and I dont keep them covered at all...good luck

You are a blessed man. I am jealous. Plants look happy. Enjoy that weather. Here its overcast and 36 -40 F on a warmer day and 15 to25 at night. An occasional cold snap below zero. None so far this winter.

my neighbor is still depping his greeny and it looks great just not quite the size and density of the summer.. but we have had amazing weather, and normally it would be to wet/humid/foggy in my parts for me to try a grow in dec/jan but hes going for it. we get sun from sunrise to sunset tho pure ridge top. better hope the rain holds off!!

Before I even saw your comment, was thinking how nice it would be to just sit in that chair and relax in the sun a while! Instead I'm lying here on an infrared heat mat trying to bring the RA pain down enough to get moving, and dreading the cold damp winter outside. Anybody in cali want to adopt a broken grower? No depping experience yet but I learn fast..
