These are like 3 weeks old guys but its all that I have on my computer until tomorrow....the first pic is the Indica and the second pic is the sativa as of 3 weeks ago...KGB

Grape Ape is a clone only strain........ the apothecary's version is made using what most believed the genetics to have been of grape ape witch is purple kush x skunk #1........... some people call it the kushmans cut but he will tell you he had nothing to do with creating it........ while it did come from his cut of purple kush somewhere down the line......... the fastest growing clone only purple you can find.......... big yeilds sweet purple taste




KGB the grape ape I held for years never had that much sativa in her............ while she did have long leaves they where not that skinny........ and as far as I know there was only one pheno indica......... she is an old cut from 15+ years ago

Where did that sativa pheno come from? A club, s1, etc..... I would love to see what a ape sativa is about.......... still a bit confused by it but looking good none the less

The Grape Ape is not clone only and there are seeds around in Nortern Cali. It just may seem clone only because the cuts have been passed around so much. The Grape Ape high is nothing like the Purple Kush, its far superior IMO. The Grape Ape is a poor producer but what you get is AAA quality. Here is some dried nug shots from last fall harvest.

thanxs snowcap for the pics ..and appreciate the info on the strain....my indica pheno is 41 days and producing small but potent purple tinted buds that smell very kushy....but the sativa pheno is gonna produce fricken huge....at least a half pound by itself...and it has a really grapey smell to it and tinges of purple coming on....heres 2 pics of the Sativa Grape Ape from seed at 41 days....looks like shell go 70 DAYS! the ape is a good producer you can ask ngnl about that........he runs her commercailly and does great....... everyone I have seen grow her lets go of there other purple strains and usally keeps her because her vigor and yeilds

Correction on 2 things

I believe his name is Brent, from Apothecary. I heard he had an exclusive with one of the breeders in the 'Dam for this and Kaia Kush. (named after his daughter)

Both of em are waaay up on my bucket list. ;)

its clone only...... any seeds are crosses made. it is a slow ass vegger but can make killer high yielding plants. not the strongest medicine out there but the taste an smell is to die for

Growin this strain right now, this is my second run with these same clones, got these from a fellow patient up near truckee....medium/low yeilder, but the frost, color and taste are all there....
