Its always interesting to see what the crosses do. Especially when making polybrids. You never know what to expect. I was talking to the Victory Gardens breeder. I guess making s1 polybrids is getting pretty popular. The Voodoo Thai for example: Thai male x The White female to make f1; then selected f1s reversed and selfed. I'm curious to see if hybrid vigor is lost in the process. I'm running the Voodoo beside my hybrid Colombian.About to head into the 5th week of flower! Spider Farmer SF-2000 is at 100% at about 12-14 inches from the canopy.
Big shout out to @SpiderFarmerLED for the fixture!!! I’ll be testing out the SE-3000 4 bar 300 watt fixture next! Ill be documenting my first cross which is Purple kush crossed with punch cake (wedding cakeXpurple punch) by elev8 genetics. 2 grape gas clones that are over 3 ft tall from the top of the soil!!! Looks like a big yielding strain super stoked to do some crosses with this cultivar!View attachment 1219276
Lights off nug shot of my Lavender Frosting which has really surprised me in these last two weeks with her smells, colors, and increase in her trichs.View attachment 1219277
Ya man it’s the next best thing to a clone of the cultivar. I’m actually about to start making a lot of S1 from cultivars that stand out to me and a bunch of clone only/breeder cut S1 as well. Its always interesting to see what the crosses do. Trying to learn a little about it. I've grown accidental s1s before. They were all similar to the parent but never quite as good. I wonder if the s2s would have less variation and chance of finding something better than the original.Ya man it’s the next best thing to a clone of the cultivar. Yes I heard they are good too but then your playing with fire after that. Genetic depression can start. Do some digging and you will find some good reads about it.Trying to learn a little about it. Ya I was gonna ask you about that so thanks brotha! I’m so hyped right now the mendo dope boys (50k followers) reposted a picture of my lavender frosting!! The breeder used my pictures to promote his strain and they reposted it!! I need an Instagram ASAP!The Grape Gas looking amazing...gorgeous blossoms.
That is the same light that I just got and have been flowering my Ethos strains with. So far, I like the light and have been lowering it down to the recommended distance, so far, without harm to the plants. Currently I am at 100% @ 9" from the tallest stretchers with temps generally <82F.
I like your pictures, broHey farmer fam things are on auto pilot in the garden and I did a day 21 defoliation. I didn’t take as many as I wanted but will do it over the course of a couple days.

Always be careful when pruning or you might snip off a beautiful future cola. Using your fingers and being able to feel what’s going makes a difference too.View attachment 1217411
It will be interesting to see. Really wonder what a s2 would do; if they would all be same or way different. Here we are at day 41 of flower and I’m completely blown away by the terps and nug structure on this plant. Compound genetics is killing it with these designer genetics I can’t wait to make some crosses with this!
Anyone who says “elite clones” aren’t worth it don’t even know! Make sure to source you genetics from a reputable vendor for the best experience possible!! This cultivar was phenohunted by the curators at CLTVTD genetics and then mothered out via tissue culture.
Check out the video below for an in depth update on the garden and make sure to show some love down below

I’m gonna do it and see if they are stable since these are such sought after genetics and the packs sold out in an instant. Buy a cut I won’t charge those crazy prices. More like 50 bucks plus shipping. Or I’ll send you some seeds sometimeIt will be interesting to see. Really wonder what a s2 would do; if they would all be same or way different.

Solid morning read with my blunt and my coffee. Thanks for sharing - for someone that is still new to the scene and trying to wrap my head around S1 - F1's and the differences.Found this good read.
