Yes, for these type of "Free" giveaway contents when shipping is free too, you have to put restrictions or else someone could possibly just order 50 units for themselves and it ends up costing us $1000 just for 1 person to load up :) So we just make sure you are a real person who is active (or has history) on the forums.
