I'll tell ya this...the Soma NYCD crosses I've tried from Soma smelled more like northern lights or TW, instead of pure fuel Diesel that most people think of when Diesel is mentioned. Also, I think people would also disagree that he made the real NYCD as well.

Wow, I'm shaking my head. This is crazy. Were the seeds of ONYCD and stardawg created by Top Dawg sold with restrictions on then? I highly doubt it. When I bought my NYCHP and NYCHP13 that came with the freebies purple stardawg of the farm back in around 2010, no such restrictions came inside my offer. If I wanted to smash those strains together and get them out to the world and people wanted to pick them up.... well why not? No reason, we've paid for these genetics, simple.

I want some more Top Dawg strains, but damn how long has it been for a drop. When they do, if ever again, I'm

So many people speaking up & answering for @G u and he hasn't said a word inch wise, that's fuckin' crazy! What do you defenders even know about him except he's offering you some cheap seeds? I noticed a lot of folks that disapprove of what Gu is doing are diehard/respected bros that have been around the forums for quite awhile..... most were even cool with Gu at some point until this as well, it's not like they all woke up one morning and decided hey fellas let's "hate" on Gu for nothing. I've been corresponding with him myself for close to 4 years, so some of us kinda know more about the sitch than you newer peeps do. Man to man if you've been asked not to do something and you agree yet you do it anyway, what type of person does that make you?

None of these breeders are God, the plant doesn't belong to any one of em but the time put into working the line(s) does! To all those who are against this please try to leave it be for now, bite your tongue, do what you gotta do, cause the verdict(s) will be out soon enough whether good or bad!

I still wanna hear from Gu what made him start breeding and selling seeds though, especially on this type of scale after all this time we've been online without ever mentioning doing or showing any kind of chucking/breeding projects before? If this is the way peeps are gonna go about it for their 1st or 2nd round of pollen tossing then shit's gonna go downhill a lot sooner than has been predicted!

Sym, I don't know this guy, but I do know you and your contributions. The hype of the seed business, shitty breeding practices, lack of credibility all have fueled the negative perception of the seed business, and it is totally justified. These overnite sensations are just that and nothing more..

I don't care about who discovered what strain, when, and how many fingers were in their ass when they shit in a cereal bowl. None of it finishes my crop any faster. If this guy wants to sell untested gear, let him. When Walmart gets in the game, you're all fucked.

my thing is this,he said he wanted to work lines and provide affordable genetics for patients,kudos.but approaching 6 months into it all I see is more pollen chucks with no in house testing or development of any of the progeny.this is lining his pockets the easy way and nothing more.dude will have 150 x's out by spring.tell me when breeding comes into play?
We've all been engaged in "breeders ethics" conversations here and elsewhere,and im wondering when those ideas and principles adhere themselves.you don't breed with gifts,or lines the original maker is still working with.if u do,be prepared to be called a d bag.we pretty much all agreed on that.guys like @symbiote420 @Skunkmasterflex @homebrew420 have been making seeds for a long time,and I can understand why they don't put there life's work out there,cause they don't want their time,and love for a strain pimped to somebody that just wants to exploit it.
gu was a great tester,so I can't understand why he won't test his own gear.he of all people knows the pitfalls that can happen.after elite,alien,and a whole slough of others,who can't see this for what it is?
