Won't be in Durango for a year or two. We are still in the Aztec area..Could put some turbo on the property and just get it done but the kids have been in school here in NM for years and would like to keep them around their friends. More worried about my oldest as I don't want him to have to finish his last year of high school in unfamiliar surroundings...When he graduates though we should be done with the land and ready to move home..
