No way, every seed that’s popped has more than enough nutrients in it to keep every seedling happy until it’s fully in veg. So at end of week two, or three, then apply nutrients.they look like they need food
Because it’s in coco man. He’s in soil.yes way, the cotyledons leaves have done their job buddy, all the baby food gone so they definitely need food now.
Look at his pics, they've gone white meaning no food left in them.

Well, I’m not gonna argue homie. You are wrong.
Hey homie, please don’t read this is a mean context, seriously I’m a nice guy.
Caps right!
Your light needs to be at least 30 inches above the seedlings. Putting them off centre in a corner will also help. They are way light stressed. Also you don't need to feed young seedlings like these. Not until the beginning of week 4 or have a nice second set of leaves.
Watering?
Just give them enough to keep them alive. Do not soak them.
Water around the outside of the cup not in close to the plant. Let them put out roots to find it.
Hey Cap. I'm beginning to enjoy retirement.
Top of the morning imzz!
I hope you are well man.
Man, super glad that you are on the mend.Hey Cap. I'm beginning to enjoy retirement.

Well alrighty then! I’m not sure how to take that. But thanks? I literally take dirt out of a bag, and then plant a seed in it. Nothing being built by me, I’m a kiss and Occam’s razor guy, but imagine homie, that the smallest, and oldest set of leaves would be the most exposed to high output and heat for the longest time? They would shrivel and perish before the bigger leaves eh?You can't assume this tho, it might be old soil that needs amending, it might be crap weak soil cheap and only has a week worth of food, or it might be a soil made by the master himself @Captspaulding
Joes last thought: Needs ph check for lockout before anything else, then might need food, the pots are clearly watered correct as the op said he did the weight test so he knows how to water, it's got nothing to do with the lights as tiny small seedlings would burn it too much and look way way way more unhealthy, if all fails then repot them in fresh new soil and use different pots as someone above said they never had any luck with wax coated solo cups, and the cotyledons leafs are dead so the seedling can't feed it's self anymore 100% facts.
good luck @phillyguy hope I've helped
