what strain is that. ? Sorry if I missed it somewhere earlier in thread. Nice coloration.
Try getting your Rh around 60-65% and slow the dry down and you will find strain dependent, the terpenes will really come alive with a longer slower dry followed with a good long cure. Be sure if you do bump up your Rh to have good air moving but dont let it blow directly on the buds........... :smoking: Problem is most folks cant wait that long. :D Try it sometime with something special that you are holding for personal head stash!!

Looks good to me! I personally dry at a lower RH because I've found that while moist the buds can mold at 55% or higher, but I don't trim wet and hang my plants whole and they're OD and take up a bit of volume.

When I say whole plant, I mean whole plant, I don't take off anything. I dry and cure the whole thing whole. But, that's my own preferred method, you may find you don't like doing things that way. :)

When curing to you usually burp the glass containers every 12 hours for 39 mins

I don't use the jars, so there is no 'usually' in that regard for me. Perhaps when I begin growing in the high desert I'll be forced to move back to jars. Or maybe I'll get some of those Boveda packs.

How do you cure your bud then? And how long do you usually dry for?

Everything is done whole plant (outdoor girls, so they do have to be cut up into pieces that can be handled). Hung to dry, this needs to take at least 7 days, 10 are better. Cooler temps are better, as is dark, which is why I have loved that basement so. I'm shooting for 50%-55% RH. Once dry I allow RH to climb up a bit for curing, 65% or so, depending on the strain.

After that, the plants are broken down and trimmed. If I can swing it, I would borrow a dry trimmer for that task. Remove the big fan leaves, then let her rip.

After that, since they're dried, cured and trimmed, the flowers are vacuum-sealed and put into plastic bins, again in the basement, for storage.

Now that we're losing that home, my whole paradigm will be changed, but I will still likely go for whole plant slower drying and curing, because I like the results and the method fits me best. :)

Jars break, so I save them for actual canning.

boveda packs are great, but they will give a somewhat unpleasant oily taste to bud they come in contact with. i'll use a piece of wax paper to prevent being in direct contact with any buds.

I almost always get a nice fade when growing using organics. The plant coloration and expression is a lot different from when I grow using coco and salts. I never flush either. I don't see a difference and grow organically so I don't really see a reason to do so. However, when I grow coco/salt I usually use water only for the last week. I don't really see a downside to flushing out some of the salts left in the medium during the last week before harvest. I also prefer to let my plants go a bit longer than some prefer. I feel like that last week or two really makes a huge difference in yield, taste, terpenes, etc. Too many people chop way too early imo.
