Having difficulty: is this nitrogen toxicity

I recently added worm castings and they may have been hot I have not had any issues like this before although I have only been growing for about a year and a half please help thank you so much everybody have a wonderful day

Hello and welcome I don't know what's going on with that outside plant but I doubt it's worm castings I've used it in an even ratio with perlite and promix before without any issues at all in fact the plants seem to love it

the bottom picture looks a little bit like a heat or light issue but without more info it would be hard to say for sure

I did a Ph test on both plants with the run off water and it’s perfect!?!
