Feelin very good about the timing of my flushing. I went a full 8 weeks and waited till the trics were nice and milky with a few starting to amber. Shootin for a full week flush although the reading I have done covers the range of no flush to a week. Have all my curing goodies ready to go, drying rack, large and small brown paper grocery bags, lots of 1 quart mason jars, my bovida packets that have been sealed in a jar and more fresh ones on order. Last but not least plenty of pepperoni to clean up my soon to be very gooey fingers. Gonna start with the top stuff and clean em up a little as I go and not chop the whole thing at one time as I’m not sure how long this will take.
