I have NEVER done perpetual, that takes great organization, so props to you for that. I have done SOG and, due to my back problems, generally prefer that. However, I fill up the space under those lights best I can, I do 3'x3' trays, 32plants/tray. That does, I think, help 'even out' those plants that don't produce so well, but it also presents some problems if not monocropping (running all the same strain) with specific regard to FEEDING. My answer to that was different strains in each tray, which limits me to two strains/indoor run (when I'm running indoors).Interesting ... I get Tea now. I am guessing that this is controlled alot less quantitatively.
something to try for sure ...
OK new question;
I have the space to house 48 ladies for bloom. In the past, I have don SOG with 6 weekly. I am growing a set that takes 8 weeks of flowering ... So I could do, 6, weekly, perpetually, or should I do 48 at once .... or even 24 every 4 weeks?
The reason I ask is that I had been doing 6 weekly ... and the down side to that is that if one or 2 of the plans were moderate bloomers ... the yield was weak. I am wondering if this evens out with larger numbers or at very least "lessens" the blow.
I am leaning to 24 a month.
Thoughts?
I've gotta be honest, my mind is a bit confused trying to work out your numbers. I am truly mathematically declined. I'm also lazy and my back hurts, so anything that offers me a break between grows is a good thing in my book, which means I'm leaning towards 48 plants at once.
