oz/plant can vary widely depending the growing methods what's important is oz/Watt/sqfeet (gr/w/m²)
That equation is above this idiots pay grade 👊🏻🤡

Though I do hear thats a real good metric to go with. 😜

i go with oz/watt/sqfeet/"time spent veg + flo" because i have a little OCD with renewing my stock in time between each harvest without running out. : ) and there's very little space i can affect to growing in my small appartement : )

oz/plant can vary widely depending the growing methods and number of plant you grow for a said area/surface what's important is oz/Watt/sqfeet (gr/w/m²)
Tents 27inchx2inch7 one plant 100 watt light, closet is 3goot x4foot 200 watts ligh two olantst. I've done 5 1/2 oz in the 27x27 best I've done, the closet I only have one grow in it had two plants 6 oz, but training was lacking. Closet going to take a few grows to get weight up I think. Idk if that's good or bad? But assuming bad as I always have this stupid issue.

Bro you most certainly keep it packed and bumping though.
man I don’t miss apartment growing though,
When my Indian neighbor moved out and the curry smell left the hallway….
Shit man I got fucking stressed. 🤪

Did you just call me an idiot?

That hurt man, that hurt bad.
It’s a “big tent” with all of us idiots running with scissors everywhere, all the time.

But no, you are a damned savant.
What’s it like living on the cutting edge?
Do your own farts smell better?
😄😄😇

Oh I know the issue, it's the first time I reused promix and I didn't rinse it out. I think I'm on 8th water of just water and a gallon runoff. Trying to flush it out to get the stripes to stop before I flip. The mangled leaves is because this is a clone from a plant I pinched the head closed every 3 days all the way through veg. That makes the leaves really messed up. But that's not the stripping, issue that's from hot soil.

She only 30 days since put in pot so she growing, she just very ugly. Third generation of same plant even still showing the mangled leaves but no stripping as I rinsed the promix very well before I put them in pots.

I'm just saying, I'm a bad grower, but I'm keep at it, maybe another 3 years I get better.
Do a slurry test and post the ph & ppm

breeders use to say you could reach up to 500 600 gr/m² (17,6 oz to 21,2 oz for (3,1'x3,1' tent).)

i reach up to 400 gr/m² depending strain 14 oz for a 3,1x3,1 tent
Man thank you for not BS’ing your numbers. Sounds on the nose…..I’m sure it ticks up or down a bit depending on strain vigor, but thems some good numbers.
But yeah, you can def get a little more, I’ve pulled 1lb give or take out of a 4x2, granted I’m not cruching the numbers to reach that goal, I’m just a badass at failing upwards hahahaa.

It's promix pH is locked in on soil at 6.4, limestone and peet moss soil pH doesn't change ppm 1900. But it's cool I'm done with this topic. Have a good day everyone. Never came in asking for help just showing the world how an idiot grows.
You can believe that if you want, I grew in pro mix for a few years and I can tell you differently, especially in reused soil, but you do you ...I'm done here too.

Pitted,

What got there is a virus infected plant. Get rid of it. Burn it. Then go back and sanitize the tent. Some of those plant viruses you can beat with a steel hammer and they remain infectious. Don’t buy from that seed supplier again.

Z..

Slower growth sometimes is better, you get the same result basically, just may take a little longer.
Salts could be the issue, but the mag issue isn’t driven by over feeding here, it’s
A, there is just zero in the medium,
b, and this is 99% of led users,
The intensity is causing your plant to pull it all up. Causing the tailspin.
I’m never in a rush to finish a grow either, so I respect the fact the slowed growth is an issue, but, overall plant health and proper uptake, super important too, sometimes an extra week and the end of the world. 👊🏻🤡
Hope you get it sorted.

Oh, and how long were you leaving the light throttled back when you did turn it down? And did you raise the light too? No? Because turning it down and dropping/raising it some in concert with that may help or vice versa depending…….thats my 2 copper.

s&*% Captain
Yours truly just trotteled to 900
if you will have a moment would you be so nice and go take a peek 🔥
I don't want to tailspin 🤣

Clones of the same plant in the same soil treated the same way, the only difference is I rinsed the soil massively before I transplanted them. Seems the problem I have been having is the salt in the soil, promix holds salts very well I guess. At least I figured it out (completely opposite then what many have suggested on here. Anyways have a good day keep your soil clean. 😎

Question for you good sir, if it was a virus, and I took the clones after the symptoms had already showed up. But now I'm clean rinsed reused promix I do not have the problem, but I did in the same reused promix not rinsed out. Do you think this eliminates it being a viruse as if it was a virus the infected clones wouldn't continue to show the symptoms?

I was thinking a virus myself so great suggestion, but this kinda eliminates that for me. What do you think?

Geez sorry had to understand that post, hella stoned.

But question is if it was a virus and I took clones from plant after it was showing symptoms, wouldn't the clones be showing symptoms also?

I think at least in my little knowledge, this would eliminate the possibility of it being a virus? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Anyone else having there plant look like this, I would suggest you take the pot to the bath tube, and rinse your soil massively, this seems to be.a salt build up in your soil. At least that was my conclusion.

Just wanted to put this out here as I have been told on this site, I am over watering, my light is too close, it's a magnesium deficiency, I need to have a 3 day water cycle, I'm under feeding, the list is long, has taken me 3 years of listening to people on here and trying there suggestions to figure this out. With no luck it was only after I stopped listening to them, that I came to this conclusion.

People are trying to help and they did not mean to give bad information. It's very difficult to be able to tell what a problem is and people are trying so that's respectable. Sadly this site is really anti flush mainly from @Captspaulding but keeping soil clean is a big part of growing in pots.

Hopefully this can help someone else out there. 😎

better than my first time..
i’ll try to follow along, i see good people here!
Ikr.....don't be so hard on yourself. I outright killed a plant in one of my first grows. Stupid stoner mistake on my part. She was in week 2 of flower and accidentally gave it a massive nute OD. What I now believe to be potassium. I watched it bleach out right in front of my eyes. Dried up right there in the soil. The leaves curled up around the budlettes like an untrimmed plant that's been hung and dried. So what you got going on here isn't so bad.

Seems like it has to either be a virus or mutation. Those blade edges don't look normal. You said that you've grown this before? And from a cutting? If the plant the cut(s) came from didn't have the same weird leaf structure then I'd probably suspect something viral. Fortunately I haven't had to deal with something like that yet. Perhaps others could share their experiences.

Buddy, how's it hanging Pilted! Trying to catch up, was that plant in the same Promixx you just had to rinse out?

Ie: did you rinse that soil or is it full of brawndo?😜
