Piranha, Rhino skin and Flawless Finish are a waste of money. None will add any discernible yield or quality benefit whatsoever.

I run Sensi Bloom Coco A and B, Big Bud, Overdrive, Bud Factor X (after week 3 and up til week 6 or 7, stuffs expensive but works well). I used to use Bud Candy but just did a run without it to see how the taste differs without it. The quality was amazing without it. Taste is a bit better I'd say. Yield was a bit lower than what I'm used to but I also changed reflectors that run so it could have been that.

I've been doing this a long time. Used other nutes previously as documented in my numerous posts years back. I love the results I get with my regiment. I don't spend a lot on nutes either. I buy gallons. Liters are a rip off. Buy on Amazon or Ebey. I pay about $150 per run on nutes on average with 8 plants under 2 1000 watt hoods. Use 3/4 strength. Flush with R/O. No flush Ph adjustments needed.

Keep your temps in check, don't disturb plants during lights off. Be consistent with your watering schedule and adjust canopy daily keeping nugs in the light and not shaded. This is the formula for super dank (assuming you have a dank strain) and max yield.

I appreciate the input man, i can understand how any company could take you when it comes to this type of thing. I wish i had the opportunity to at the very least try flawless finish vs true flushed. With your information i'll experiment a little this go around six i've got two plants each of 3 strains. I do think Rhino skin is a must have though, even Piranha. Again man, to each there own but i find they really do help. Obviously you can get do fine without it, but i think having strong roots is obviously very important to hold any big yield regardless if you end up having it or not. If the stuff in all honestly NEVER worked, i don't think it would sell as much as it does. Put it this way, it might not work as much as they say it will work, but i imagine it is at the very least helping, not hurting.

Rhino Skin is overpriced silica. Run Protekt silica from Dyna Grow if you feel silica is a must. Silica is silica. Why pay 3 times more for a bottle just because it has a cool name and an artists rendition of a Rhino on the bottle. I'll be honest, I bought a bottle of it when it first came out. I was enlightened, and turned to the cheaper source by Dyna Grow. I also used to swear that silica was a product I would not grow without. I stopped using it a couple years ago and noticed no difference whatsoever.

I used to swear by parana and tarantula myself. Then I switched to Great White which I also swore by for a couple years. I thought it was impressive to see the roots get furry white and seemingly come so early. I don't run any rooting anything anymore, not even for cloning. It's totally unnecessary. I feel my plants are just as vigorous without using any of that stuff. As long as you give a plant time enough to fill the container with roots prior to flowering, you're going to get the same results. Don't fall into the trap of, "you need this beneficial bacteria to help your roots uptake maximum nutrients, and you also need the sugar to feed the bacteria." That's a pretty good scam the companies have come up with.

one word to that silly comment, "evolution" to imagine plants dont naturally form relationships with bacteria, is to totally misunderstand the enitre world on which you live brother. In fact you are 2lbs at least of microbes, how silly the last bit of your post was. You could have argued against C4 plants and silica, but you blew it when you scoffed at the very things that are keeping you alive

Also general organics has 8 nutrients that you should buy together. You can buy it in what they call a Go box its maybe 50 dollars at the most depending on where yoy buy it. But ive used it for years now and its just an all around perfect food for them. Its got the best tasting plants i ever had and most dense fat nugs that will knock your dick in the dirt and produce the best meds i ever smoked . im not here advetising for them i mean you find what ever works for you but if i have any good info to pass a long to help out and for the price you cant beat general organics

I blew it??? What did I blow? Giving out good information was my intention. I get great results without silica. What's your problem with me sharing my information? Get a life.

you blew it by making claims about biology that are inaccurate. I feel sorry that you have missed the point of adding biology to your grow, but to advise others to leave out what is an evolutionary advantage, which we as dumb self god like creatures only trashed when we started growing plants ourselves in sterile low rent media, used only as a basis for cations and anions, thereby missing the whole of life that occurs in healthy soil system and completely skipping the reality of active/passive food uptake and the modulations of all higher organisms by microbes. I can assure you mate, good advice, doesn't come by giving an opinion or a picture without entirely understanding the topic

Wow mate. I thought this was a thread about Advanced Nutrients. Seems you think this thread is about organic growing. When it comes to my outdoor veggies I follow the organic approach. As far as my indoor I use salt fertilizers.

My advice is based on years of experience using the fertilizers I spoke of. I spoke of how I used to swear by certain products only to learn later on that I got the same results without the products I thought were so important.

You speak of soil biology and microbes. Most of us use a non soil medium indoors combined with salt fertilizers. These microbes do not live in such an environment, therefore trying to cultivate them or feed them is pointless. Just because a nutrient company sells all that stuff doesn't mean it is needed or that it pertains to every style of growing. They want you to think that it does though.

Bottom line, I showed pictures of my product which was grown using the nutrients I shared in previous posts. I also shared what nutrients were not used, some of which many growers are tricked into thinking are essential. Truth of the matter is, the quality of my product is absolutely top notch. It is lacking nothing. I'm happy knowing that im not blindly listening to the likes of you telling me I need "biology" in my grow. Go preach on the organic soil forum mate. Your information is irrelevant in this thread.

Most nutes all work the same, I've tried a few, my fav is Complete Hydroponics, but Canna and GH work pretty well too, just get the one that is easiest for you to buy.

if you scroll in about 27minutes, you will see an actual plant root, what is it doing then, and why?Perhaps if you watch this data, you will I hope begin to understand why microbes are essential to our plants life and so us too. The simple reality is microbes are everywhere, even if you think you arent growing with them, you probably are. There are microbes that live on Rockwool, on Coco, on Peat, in water, the difference is i choose to acknowledge them, AN doesnt
Not all nutrients are the same, some are artificial some are not, some are biological, some are not. It is a common misconception that all nutrients are the same, but an EDTA Fe Chelate, is not the same as a siderophore Fe Chelate. One all plants have evolved to consume, one it has adapted to consume out of necessity of human destruction of the preferred ionic Fe left over from various bacteria like Bacillus Subtilus.
Try as you might, you will not convince me that they (nutrients) are the same and i doubt if even AN would agree they are the same as Canna. As for the human mythology that our plants cant tell the difference, well this is utter poppycock, with not a single shred of evidence to support that ludicrous statement, since no one is doing any research, not even human vitamin tablet makers mate, it all too easy to say plants cant tel the difference, and dumb humans go OK then, since this data best fits their idol manner and lack of personal engagement in finding out any reality. it is after all hard work to really know a topic and impossible to know everything about everything. But what we can do is at least be up to date.
It is only people that fail to see the differences that are abundant, partly because they lack an ability to resonate with the data which is advancing our knowledge, since this new data is not in keeping with their own practice, ergo, despite the benefits of this data, some people choose willingly to ignore it. This is Ego or lack therein, further they may well they lack the tools to adequately communicate without letting ones own personal image get in the way of simple facts. This is standard here in this community as it is that republicans will never communicate with democrats.

For me it is this simple, there are things linking systems together, and when we remove the things, we loose more than most of us can ever known.
