Looking very good , dude u are many weeks away from flower time, focus on this veg stage just let them grow, no cutting off anything or bending just let it grow tall ,keep ur light 24" above top of plant as they grow until about 8 inches tall. No feed just ph around 6.3 water .
So I don't half to scroll to find . What exactly is ur medium , is ur bags layerd or all mixed,
What nutes u gonna use

Dont start over you will have same slow growth, ur medium is all organic thats good not to hot.
Yes they are stunted but once those roots get going they'll show growth, why are they stunted no heat and humidity up around 80f/80% for mass root production.
What u need now to help the growth if around 78f and 75 humidity if you cant meet these high numbers for seedlings every grow will be the same SLOW.
ur exhaust fan doesn't need to be running continuously it will rob ur humidity, use it to purge old air.
There is allot going on here , a complete list of ur equipment please , also where is ur tent ? Is there s wall heater for room?

Got 4 in fan blowing out and 8 in fan circulating in tent going to get humidifier mine went out so just turn fan on for couple hours a day

Have you look at my Royal Cherries grow, Monday will be day 1 week 5.
The tent kit works like hell, even tho u don't have like what I have u can still get a good seedling with heated and humidity. Get that humidifier,, what about ur heat come on m an where s the tent do u have a wall heater

I've always used Spider Farmer lights and have always been happy with them. Plenty of places to get seeds. Try Royal Queen or Seed Supreme

Looking better guess going to try and keep in vegitaion for while see if I can make them live and produce lowered light don't think its 200 watts buying 300 watt light soon

Well i guess you will find out if they are autos or photos in about 35days if they start to flower it's a auto.
