If your stems are hard,, you can soften the stem by pinching the stem between your thumb and forefinger.. After bending it over tie the stem to keep it bent over.. If you don't tie it they bounce back almost completely.. Use a loop at the top so as to not restrict nutrient flow to the top..

If its snapped,wack some duck tape on it for a couple weeks.
