99% ISO as always. the first wash was completely clear

Hey @GT21

Once converted to oil.
How long can the oil be stored before degrading?

I'm looking to free up space by making some iso batches from my buds.
I'm just not sure I should unless it stays stable for a good period of time.

Seems like the answer is that it is not the best.

Now that we know that.
The question is... on buds not exposed to the extraction process... Will they degrade in the same fashion? Or is this storage method more ideal?

just making slab and throw it in the container in the freezer

Another is re dissolving the slab in some booze and throw it in the freezer.

Last long time in freezer... try not to touch it much with your bare hands (avoid skin oil and stuff in storage)

I have taken dabs out of the freezer for a long time...a good year... with no problems.

Heat is always going to be the problem.... dry and cold lasts long time.

One of the sample sets in that study were stored at °4c (39.2F) in the dark.
And it decayed slightly slower in those graphs compared to the °22c (71.6F)sample stored in lighted conditions.


I wonder how cold it would need to be to become more stable?

FREEZING hahaha.. i would never store shit above freezing for long periods

One last question.

If theoretically I stored it for many many years and it happened to convert fully to cbn.

Would it still make for effective dabs just of a different effect?
