So its 445 and the vent to the ac is next to my bed. ive been woken up at the same time 3 nites in a row now. i can hear someones muffl talking . i could hear the yoyo things that hold my light . i can hear it going up and down. when i went down the light was pulled low and theres a bunch of dead leafs on top of it. i rolled a fatty just for this occasion. im going down to make a peace offering. now when i put ad down to listen in the vent i could see my brreath. here i go. ima sit down there and talk to him/her. it? i wanna say him cuz thats what it s like. well here i go. i feel aprehensive but safe. i owned this house 4 yrs now. everythings been awsome so i feel safe..

Well i went down and sat there smoking a bone. and ill say theres something thats doesnt quite feel right about sitting down there and concentrating on the fact that realistically there is something in the room with me that i cant see. yet is large enough to make the noises it makes. it doesnt feel right. i could see my breath and i kept getting these goosbump waves through my arms. i think thats just adrenilin though. but its always 65 to 74 f right outside my grow room. so i dont know where the draft is coming from. can a cold ass draft fuck up my plants? because right now it feels like its 40f. although ill say when i built the grow room i put insulation around the top and i think it keeps t warm air trapped in there . actually i have good ventilation but even though i leave the door open a lot the grow room never gets out of the 67 to 76 range. thats coldest and hottest. even though it feels like its 40 2 feet outside the grow. do the plants retain enough heat for 15 to warm a 6 by 6 grow room?. well anyway im baked and going back to bed. ill try an get pics.

do you live alone in the house? is there a woman who lives there with you? if there is a young woman (teenager) who lives there or a woman in her 40's, early 50's? or maybe someone who has just gone through a tragic event? then you could be experiencing poltergiest activity. that usually happens when a young woman who is sexually maturing (puberty) or when an older woman is going through menopause is experiencing drastic changes in her life. they can create poltergiest activity without even knowing it. i am not an expert in the paranormal but i did some research on it in college. you could try a few things, take a sifter and sift flower all over the floor down there and look for foot prints or signs of presence. if you see footprints then you can identify the spirit, male/female/child. you can get a digital voice recorder and ask the spirit some questions and you can sometimes hear responses that our ears neglect to hear. that way you can see what the spirit is there for. also go to your local town office or city municipal building and ask the city clerk for property records for your house, you can then cross reference that with death certicificates and see if anyone died in the house and when. lastly if you find what you are looking for then you can visit the grave of the deceased and put some flowers on the grave or anything to try and make peace with the spirit. you may want to do your research before doing EVP work that way you have a name to use. spirits respond much better when their names are used

All my Ghost experiences were just re-enactments of what ever happened in the past meaning the ghost/spirit just does what it did back then it doesn't recognize you.. how they explain it its burnt into time like sound records on a rock....

But what you have here is a SMART ghost meaning they are moving shit and fully aware.. I would def GET A CAMERA down their...

MAKE SURE YOUR set up is proper and this ghost isnt some burnt up guy from the past who's trying to set your shit on fire while your asleep. thats the worst case..
