Keep in mind that was an editorial, which is one mans opinion. Sounds like a bitter conservative to me, Kind of scary shit about flaunting your grow or smoking however. Better close this site down.Cops and Sheriffs need to uphold the state law. Anything else is treason and the punishment is clearly written out. I plan to write letters to a few county sheriffs in my area. If I get no reply I will ask to meet with them in person. I want to know where they stand because as we all know they kick huge handouts from the feds. If they support the federal position I will become very pro-active in having them resign and/or file charges against them.

I am not a big fan of the "Health Ranger" but I have concerns after seeing what the federal pricks did to Montana. And again, if the local and county LEO's don't respect state law it's open season for all of us.
Has there been fed raids in CO where local pigs said back off? NO.
Did local oinks assist the feds in some (if not all) of the raids? YES.

OMG, haven't even read the post yet, Good to see you TK. The voice of reason is back. The federal threshold in Colorado right now is roughly 1000 undocumented plants, you will still get a state charges not federal, no feds are messin with less especially if you do not own a bunch of property or have a pile of cash, the feds are all about the snatch and grab....not many federal actions if any right now for straight marijuana charges..there may be a few exceptions but not much...but unless you are really kickin it and you'll know if you are or not, you have not much to worry about..
Douglas and Weld county optin out of Amend64 is kind of trippy, Douglas county does not honor edibles recs either so beware, their position is if you want to argue your medical neccesity in court to justify your plants beyond the 6 allowed get to gettin but the law is 6 plants, not using any descretion by the officers at all, they will tell ya to get to choppin or getta charge....Keep in mind also that the non participation in Ammend64 only applies to unicorporated parts of the county, doesn't effect individual municipalities at all.
Still no continuity form city to city or county to county..
Tex
Outdoor rules!! not changin a thing there except for some real crafty ass harvest methods goin forward...Go Big and be ready
gotta respectfully disagree with ya, OW. Feds are feds and have no respect for any state laws.
The feds are in a bind. If they do not up their force more states will follow. IMO, they will never let that happen. With the CO and WA passage I don;t think they will just roll over. They sent their message loud and clear to MT and Cali....why would they stop now?
