Thanks, You will love the 1k. Wish I went 8" to start but 6" is working and was less $$. Using a 8" fan for the air scrubber.
ow well diablo would have been a pain to keep under control at the size she was. I took clones. def will do a light at least. Probably running white fire next.

leadsled - lookin like the amazon in their my friend, runnin a very similar nute/bene lineup as yours w/ b'cuzz soil a & b, magical, hygrozyme, bloombastic and today added great white and roots excel, thx for sharin your feeding program as well, wanted to ask ya how far into flower you planned on using the roots and great white? trying to get a grip on how best to apply the bene's w/o overdoing it, Would like to see the bloom test you mentioned as I nearly pulled the trigger and added the hammerhead/moab combo, Job well done, Peace SSP

Day 8 of flower - Week 2 - Day 1

Day 8 of flower:

Night time: 70F 60% RH
Daytime: 81F 55% RH
c02: 1200PPM

Nutrients:
U2 Kush
CNS17 Grow 20ml per gallon
Liquid Karma 10ml per gallon
Roots Excel 12 drops per gallon
Ultra Bloom 1tsp per gallon
Drip Clean .5ml per gallon
6.0ph 880ppm
1 gallon each plant in 7 gallon pot, Buckets got 1.5 gallons each.

SKywalker Og
Brewing Tea of Kelp Meal, Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses, Earthworm Castings and Alaskan Humus. Will apply to the skywalker after brewing 24 hours.

Foliar:
Foliar Bloom DAY 5

Foliar At lights off will hit em with 1tsp algamic and 1/2 tsp seafuel bloom

Need to trim the bottoms. Been pinching the U2.

Week 3, 4 max. flowering at least 10 weeks. 8 week strain would do 2 weeks on great white 1/2 dose of label. Week 3 for RE. I try to judge by how there doing and the state of the root mass.

Double decker ebb system off one rez. Genious my man. How often do you change the rez (water consumption)? I'd love to get a nutrient schedule for your veg? Money rooms looking great though. Canopy's looking lush. That tea you got brewing sounds delicious. Do you cook it in a 55 gallon? As you can tell with my question's Im jealous. Good job thus far.

Did not finish setting up yet. No ebb and flow here!! I am not into wasting all that water and breaking my back. Plus imho, ebb and flow does not perform as well (rock wool or coco) hard to get the proper (long hair airy)coco to use with ebb and flow or you gotta add shitload of perlite.
Just my personal opinion. Many do well on ebb and flow. I have as well but do better with top drip to waste.

The res will be to catch the waste. Got a 20gallon trash can for the res and a pvc manifold for the top drip. DIY timer from lowes will do a 40 second cycles without spending the $$ on a cycle timer.

You want veg recipe for coco? for production plants or moms? or soiless?

Please keep in mind, light size and conditions effect the feeding. If you do not have the exact same strain lights and enviroment you have to read the plants and adjust feeding to match. This recipe changes whether I am ramping up for flower, keeping moms or starting clones. Example: If I feed the plants under the t5 what I give em in veg under 1k w co2. They will get burned/overfed.

I brew the tea in a 5 gallon container. Basically a air pump with air stones.
The KIS compost tea brewing system is excellent.

Week 3 - Day 1

Day 15 of flower:

Night time: 70F 55-60% RH
Daytime: 81F 65% RH (canopy) 77f, 68% at root level.
c02: 1400PPM

Nutrients:
U2 Kush
Calmg+ 7ml per gallon
Root excellerator 12 drops per gallon
Hygrozyme 5ml per gallon
5.8ph 350ppm

SKywalker Og
Top dressing 1oz growilla bud food.
Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses, Earthworm Castings and Alaskan Humus. Applied to the skywalker after brewing 24 hours.

notes:
Should have watered skywalker one day sooner, looking droopy.

Lowered the lights on the skywalkers but notice the plants not as close to the light are doing better. Raised lights back up over skywalker. She does not like a lot of food or light. Is the most sensitive strain I have, not as forgiving. Last feeding was little bit to much for them.

1 gallon each plant in 7 gallon pot, Buckets got 2 gallons each. coco plants in 7 gallon containers are drinking it up and need to be watered every other day. Largest plant needs a top off of water or else it dries out.
Roots are spreading out in the Buckets. Can go every other day with the buckets.

Will follow up with a feed next day. The coco is wet with low ec, then the feeding pushes out the water. There is less chance of burning the roots and salt buildup. The coco releases nutes so can get away with not feeding everyday.

The sides of the u2 plants that are not saturated with light are showing some signs of overfeeding.

Foliar:
Foliar Day 14, hit em with 1tsp seafuel bloom and 1/2 tsp sea minerals w 1.2 tsp of cocowet.

After I took the pics I went through and started trimming the "sucker shoots" and cleaned out the centers.

When lights come on will finish trimming the bottoms of skywalkers in far tray.

Still pinching and bending the U2. Switching up to bloom nutes now, been grow nutes along with ultra bloom thus far. flowers are starting to form.

The skywalker is already starting to smell. Noticed while trimming them up. Has that fruity yet og funk starting to come out. Carbon scrubber keeps the room smelling nice. u2 has smell but is not as strong as to fill the room. Get close and can smell em.
Since you mentioned smell.
heads up in case someone is interested in growilla bud food and has a sensitive sniffer.
The bud food does smell too. I wore gloves and face mask to apply. Luckily the smell is not as strong after application.

Don't want my room smelling like a toilet.

few years back tested out humbolt organics. OW shit, stunk so bad, was like walking into a sewer.

one friend came over and we were checking out my room. He made a funny face than asked "hey did you take a shit?". lol no that is the organics!! he says damn I hope it works good.

The I realized Damn! the smell is as bad as I thought. While smelling it everyday because more immune to it but smell was still bad. imho, Was not worth the smell.

As far as smell, Budfood is satisfactory so far. If my room starts to stink will give a heads up.

Commercial spot may not be a issue, for residential I prefer it to not smell bad.

Do you have an idea of how it works? as opposed to the old style meters? ..and do i HAVE to let them in?

Dude... The double decker DTW drip system is sweet! I was thinking of something similar in the future for my veg station, although I tend to veg with hydroton on an ebb 'n flow. Hmmm, I wonder how hydroton would do with a recirculating drip manifold system... :thinking

The current flower update is looking great as well my friend.. Rock on... :rock

hey mon, I know someone that has a gate and dogs and has kept em out.

yes, they now take daily and hourly readings. You can view the stats and usage in real time. old meters took the reading of total kwh at end of month. pge claims it is the same.

so it is not as cost effective to run over maybe 1-2k and staying within baselines (depending on accessories) then you get into the 300% over baseline and .40 per kwh cost of electricity.

As far as letting them in or not, I am not sure how that works. Best bet is probably to contact TURN dot org, they are consumer advocates. if you want the best advice and/or help.

I have seen a guy do this with the same drip setup, bottom of tray had a coco mat, then filled with hydroton, then set the pvc on top and dripper were stuck in. he is mainly a rockwool grower and has gotten the best results with it, he only ran that one time. (because it was a pain in the ass to clean up all that hydroton. dowh)

I also do not see any reason why the hydroton would not work. a waterfarm is basically a self contained re-cirulating system with hydroton.
tray with rez and top drip manifold is same thing just not self contained.
