Those marigolds along the bottom for pests?
Hot damn! Now that’s a grow. Impressive.Update on my girls. I am 100% organic nutes and teas. Girls are loving it. : ) Time to defoliate the bottom branches a bit. No heat stress considering 30+ in southern Ontario. First ever outdoor grow. 76 girls to tend to. Go big and stay home :) Ones in 5 gallon pails are being transferred to 20 gallon smart pots in a day or two. Ones in pail are 5 months old lol. Just a note that 5 gallon pails and girls in 20 gallon smart pots are the same age. Same nutes and same growing media. Next year 50 gallon pots. Building a greenhouse 25x100ft next spring.
The basil and yarrow also increase oils in plants, planted next to them! Love the companion planting!something like that. trying not to spray much this year and bring in good insects instead. marigolds (although the orange ones are best) help with the root system i believe. also i have peppermint, beans to pull nitrogen from air into soil, yarrow to attract ladybugs (saw my first one ever in my garden last week), lavender and lots of different basils. seem to be more insects in the garden generally this year, but im seeing less of the bad ones. flower power
As the title goes, post em up! Let's see what you're growin in the great outdoors for 2020!
I'll start, a bunch of hurtin seedlings needing a feeding!
Got to get a damn fan in here too lol. A few are going outside soon enough.View attachment 968543
[All planted within 3 days of each other, but used a special soil on the two younger plants?! The two biggest ones are 3 days 6/24 others 6/21! Love this soil!]
