Hey Mr nug, are your ladies autos? Or you doing light dep? I'm also in southern Ontario and no way I have buds like that yet.
I, too, am growing some Northern Lights in the same area but they don’t look that pretty yet. Looking good! From the gta Ontario Canada EH! some northern lights EH!View attachment 1021742View attachment 1021740
Haha I think that the tallest ones are a 9+ feet but I photographed it to look more impressive, because I am kinda blown away by this experience so they seem 20 feet tall to me. I'm used to going over my plants with a jeweler's loupe to find mites and caterpillar eggs, but I am running on faith this year.
Faith and lots of early morning spraying of BT, DIY NUKEM, DIY Rosemary Oil Spider mite solution, spinosad, insect soap and if needed pyganic
I Grew the same seeds last year,
(A gift from a dear departed friend, but I left them in 4 inch pots too long last year and stunted them. Last year's crop was awesome but about 4.5 ft tall)
This has been completely unexpected, thankfully my awesome hunny can help me harvest them.
These are a big job for an old grannie. I have to hand carry water halfway around the house with a 2 gallon watering can after I reduce the ph of our hard water.
During the summer heat sometimes I have to water 3x daily. It's brutal out there.
But Lambsbread love heat as long as you keep them hydrated
Thank you for your comments
Sounds like you have expertise with this sticky situation
I actually let mine get pretty dry helps with resin productionHi all!
Curious as to whether I should water more or less frequently to aid bud growth.

They use a lot of water during flower. Especially with my indoor I water often and they have tons of resin production even when small.Hi all!

First time grower in Southern California! Here are my 5 plants, all from bag seeds. Very low budget grow but they seem to be doing ok. One has started to flower & is looking great. Posted a video of all 5, a picture of my biggest plant, & the one that has started flowering. I believe all are females, luckily. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you Greatlakes, various opinions, although I will take your advice over others-appreciate it!!They use a lot of water during flower. Especially with my indoor I water often and they have tons of resin production even when small.
Well do note that high humidity will lower resin production especially indoors... but outdoors they get thirsty fast and you dont want to cause stress.Thank you Greatlakes, various opinions, although I will take your advice over others-appreciate it!!

Ur dad b is wrong dont listen to that old played out hippy misinformationMy dad is convinced that you have to parch them during flower to stress them into growing nice buds. I disagree, but his buddy in college did that and had amazing flower so he will not budge lol.
