yeah that will help stop the smell. keep everything sealed up, and keep your 12 hours "on" cycle on during the colder part of the day aka the night
so like 7pm on 7am off.. so its not as hot during the day... or u can experiment using the AC

btw I will be running quantum led boards if that helps any with high temps. Maybe I can forgo the ac and run C02 since it's basically a sealed room so the plants can handle higher temps plus add silicate silica in it's feed.

The up side in this is, you don’t have a tent full of plans waiting for flip. Like the other posters have mentioned, plan how to combat and isolate the pervasive smells from exiting your grow area. You can filter/scrub the air leaving the tent, you could “visqueen” (clear plastic film) a doorway and filter everything that gets out of the tent before risking that wafting out to alert your neighbors. The mention of jail ups the whole question where you’ve got to decide if it’s possible, and if your willing to risk the worst consequences?
Once you’ve had that heart to heart with yourself or significant other, then what ever happens you’ve played out all the scenarios and either have a bullet proof plan or have decided to wait until you get a less risky situation. Good luck.
