yea if you are running a sealed room then CO2 is paramount
I have open air exchange
fresh filtered air in stagnant air filtered and out
my CO2 levels are probably somewhere in the 400-500ppm range which is perfect as that is what it is outdoors
I have a hepa filter for intake and carbon for exhaust

without CO2 your plants will begin to fail
main source of life for plants are Light Waves/Water/CO2

and yes if you get your CO2 in there I would def suggest running in the VPD chart

@Tempy
don't worry about it
just keep watering them
let the plants work it out
keep everything steady.....the RH/ppm/ph/

just keep everything the same and the plants will work things out

growing is a game a patience
kinda like working out
you arent gonna go to the gym and wake up 30lbs lighter and completely Jacked lookin like "The Rock"
just give it time

if you loose some plants....well it happens
those looks like clones and you never know what they have been through

if your seedlings start doing that well then we can get serious
just let them be and keep the regimen

bi-weekly I spray my veg plants with Spinosad....I mix 15ml:32oz H2O
but really it is just the fact that everything is sealed
I have hepa filters in place and whenever I work in there I always make sure I have clean clothes on
I also take off my clothes and put them straight into the washer when I have been working in my Organic Veggie garden
so as to not track anything into the house or grow room
for me it is pretty much keeping everything ultra clean

oh yeah also to put your mind at ease
when you see deficiencies in your plants or they are developing creepy leaves like that
know that the deficiency or hormonal imbalance or ph problems started about 1-2weeks prior to showing up
so just know that since you are on track....that they will go strait

Low light means lots of stretch no ?

lower light u can darn near get the bulb on the plants as long as there is not heat

you get a lot of stretching from having lights to far from the plants they are stretching to get closer to the light so they can soak up the light
