I've been running two non stop for over 6 months without a single issue and cannot believe the light penetration. Seen nothing like it. If they ever go out ill just buy more.

One of My Tsl 2000s in my 4x4 did this, and my tsw 2000 in my 3x3 did it too. Im just not using mars anymore.
They offered to warranty it but they want me to pay shipping both ways and for the parts, the labor would be free. The light is only 3 weeks old, i shouldn't have to pay anything at all.
Hope everything works out with your 4800s and you don't ever have to comtact customer service.

I have 2 3x3s and a 4x4. My 4x4 is down because one of my tsl2000s did this same thing about a month or so ago. 1 3x3 is now down too, and my other 3x3 has 3 of these $30 full spectrum 100 watt lights i found on amazon. They work pretty decent for veg but all my flower lights are trash at this point unfortunately. Moved my indoor outside to finish, hope all works out.What size tent/enclosure do you have?
