Hey, thanks for that link diesel. Ordering some auto fire extinguishers next week for sure!!!Mars is crap, mats was a sponsor on The Farm some time ago.
They were so bad they were let go because of the garbage they sell and customer service response.
All THC Farmers should have a fire extinguisher or fire suppression device where they grow regardless of cost.
If you burn your house up and they determine it was caused from illegal activities kiss it good by, cause you ain’t getting anything!
Honestly, ill take ruined plants over losing my house any day of the week.

Its definitely something i will be saving for in the near future. Going to get myself some powder ones for now so i can get up and running again. My wife doesnt even want the tents on right now with what has happened the past couple months, i can't be mad at her though.If you can afford a clean room fire extinguisher system I highly recommend it.

Yeah im not exactly happy with the customer service, or their ts series lights.I’ve researched lights a bunch over the last few months, and all the bad reviews I’ve read regarding this series of lights stems to the issue you experienced. The solder points and the lack of protective water proof coating is a huge safety issue. I’m glad you, your family and your home are safe!! I’m sorry you’re getting such shitty service from them and thanks for the heads up and confirming the quality of their TS series.
I have a Mars Hydro FC-E 3000 300W LED and it is absolutely amazing, producing great results. A FIVE year warranty they came with so your blanket statements don't necessarily ring true.

I have had a run in with Mars as well. I would never buy a MARS product ever again. They are like the scum of the world, they pre on home growers and there products are just knock offs. About the only ones worse are Vivo Sun and Bestva. Funny how someone that has there stuff will defend to the end.

Mars has been banned from The Farm for absolutely poor customer service, poor equipment warranties and many reports of light failures. We are not seeing supposed bad experience in this thread!
The proof is in his experience and others experiences with mars lights.
We will not advertise dangerous and inferior mars equipment on The Farm!
That is why mars has been banned from advertising on The Farm and will not be allowed back ever again.
Enjoy your light hopefully it will not burn down your house like the unfortunate individuals that have had documented incidents in the past.

How many issues were due to the customer?
As far as customer service, I cannot comment as I have not dealt with them.
I have no alliance with any company and base my opinions on my own experience.
Honestly, is this about serious growing or sponsor dollars?
It's about keeping a community safe.
It's about finding solutions to problems.
I would hope anyone would share any experience with faulty equipment; user error or otherwise. We can draw our own assessment.
We know everyone's mileage may vary when it comes to equipment, but if there's even a slight chance of it posing a risk to anyone, why fight it?
