So I unearthed a tin full of seeds years ago and if memory serves me correctly they were from a quarter pound of brick weed that I bought back around 2010-2011 . I have a theory that if grown indoors, in a proper environment with love and care that these lil brick weed baby beens might actually turn out to be decent smoke.
Anyone who is interested cast your vote and pull up a chair, let’s get this party started.

Here’s the newest gadget from the internet that promises to up germination rates. It’s called CannaKan.

The idea is to soak your seeds in their own chamber for 24 hours in a hydrogen peroxide and water solution.
After that you drain all but a small amount of the solution from the device, reseal and check periodically over the next 1-3 days.
This is done on a provided heat mat, and special tweezers are provided for removing and planting the seeds.
So the clock is ticking and the show begins.

When I got the 2012 cement shoes seeds to germenate I did scarification, but in addition I sanded down the seam of each of the seeds to lessen the resistance on the cylodons to push the shell open. I got lucky, still had helmet head on both but kept em moist and was able to remove em and kept them alive

I grew nothing but brick weed bag seed back in the 90s and had some stellar plants here and there that I cloned the shit out of. A few were strong and would give us the giggles for hours.

I thought about that as I was putting things together, if this magic germination machine works without doing that then praise be to Jebus, if it doesn’t then I will pick out another dozen and do that. I kinda jumped the gun with that, trying to get stuff done early in the day before I’m too high to function properly. Both of my tents are now flipped and I’ll be watering them after seven when lights come on.

I mentioned the other day that we wouldn’t have continued smoking brick weed for years as a cheap readily available sometimes only available smoke, if it wasn’t getting us high. Yes there definitely was some stuff that was horrible, but for the most part brick weed was just more labor intensive to consume than mids or kind bud, and much cheaper.

I mentioned the other day that we wouldn’t have continued smoking brick weed for years as a cheap readily available sometimes only available smoke, if it wasn’t getting us high. Yes there definitely was some stuff that was horrible, but for the most part brick weed was just more labor intensive to consume than mids or kind bud, and much cheaper.

this brought me back man…if only the younger generation knew what we went through before the weed scene blew up!

it was nice in the 90s, when I lived in Paris. I was 6 hours drive from Amsterdam, we went once a month to smoke.... The grass was of better quality

The Jade nectar guy who grows all of the land race said that Sinaloa is a version of the old brick weed! But he grew it last year and he’s growing it again and they look like nice plants! So there must be something to it! It’s unfair to the plant because of stuff grown down in Mexico in the day didn’t have much effort put into it! But growing it under humane conditions in decent soil I think it will pretty up nicely! Hope you get some going! those old raggedy, ugly ducklings will turn into beauty Queens given a little love!
