I could have sworn kilwins had a great classic chocolate chip, but you're right. Gone.and the other that was really neat was the chocolate chip cupcakes. White cake with mini chocolate chips. My favorite ice cream is classic chocolate chip. No one makes it anymore. I dont like the cookie dough as much. Too chewy.

If I had a wife that baked hostess iced and creme weed infused cupcakes ... I wouldn't stop talking about it either ...She could. Her signature cupcake was a hostess copy creme filled chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing. Those were very popular.
my favorite is the apple nut muffin. (All are cupcake sized) the cinnamon and apple really accentuate the flavor of the coconut oil in a delicious way. And the nuts help with faster absorption. Nut fat good!

Has the opportunity , but to think of one homemade is genius ....
I did some beautiful chocolates this year , I gotta dig up the pics and post em , had a pastry friend get me a bunch of really nice silicone molds and some chunks of super quality dark chocolate , had to learn to temper the melted chocolate back to solid , took a while but they were great , then I started doing a chunky style with chopped macadamia nuts , dried mango , papaya and cherries ....

An aside, how does she do her infusions? Ratio of flower to oil?Mmmmmm. Mrs. MMG’s infused coconut oil made with 7 different plants flowers and sugar leaves this round.
and baked into Pineapple Muffins with pineapple chunks and brown sugar.

Talk about perking up! They are much improved.So i am pretty high from my head down to my toes. And its only just starting to rain down. Its getting hard to type on this phone so here are all the pics i just took of my apparently recovering garden. Some got more hurt than others but the plan was to clean. Wait a month. Start seedlings and treat and hopefully draw the last egg born root aphids out and the treatments would kill them while their numbers were low. They grow their numbers fast though. And invisibly. Grrrrr.
Anyway. Im going to treat the next 4 plants with imid maybe 8 to fill the room once more just in case. I dont want to keep using even these small amounts much longer.

I think a long weekend of bakers/cooks using infused oils/butters brainstorming and cooking together sounds like so much fun. I’m always wanting ideas of things to make.nice! She started last year with candy. Now we have special thermometer and boiling pot.
I dont bake but i can take credit for the hostess idea. Many times she asks me what i want and then i get an amazing version of what i described. Dinners too.
she used to cook for her family when she was young and they bought a bar later so she made the chicken and pizza and such. But once we got hooked on shows like chopped her cooking really advanced.
but this was a surprise. She is working full time and going to school 3 days a week to teach cosmetology now too. She is one busy determined lady. I dont see her much lately. It will all end up worth it though.
