One day tinder. I believe in you. Growing herb is so easy its unreal. Remember keep it simple... All this info will over load you. @Organikz had a good simple yet effective soil recipe. But I don't want to be one of those ppl telling you which way to go. Go with your gut and keep it simple always.

Very noble of you to not question peoples growing style but if it ain't working it ain't working. After I poked my nose into soiless @Thejoeybrown schooled me. In our discussion a light bulb went off on why you might be having your issues. Cation exchange. Within peat moss it is loaded with magnesium and calcium. You can exchange that with potassium. Also was wondering how long you've had the promix and if the buffer is still active. I don't use peat pots because I noticed when the roots were breaking through the peat it was making their root zones acidic so I will be doing starts in coco pots. Joey has me wanting to do 50/50 coco and peat moss in my next mix. Now this is only a theory but I feel like I won't be fighting for potassium or cal/mag. May still take a half dose of liming to get shit rolling.

A fresh mix including SPM will always hit K deficiency in the plants because its trading off for magnesium in the peat moss unless you start with heaping top dresses of kelp meal. I do 1/2 cup pile right beside the crown or trunk monthly. Towards the end of the month right before top dress yellow tips want to show.

Are you adding enzymes. Phosphorus is nothing to a plant in soil until it drops phosphatase through exudates. Enzymes or fulvic acid will convert phosphorus into an uptakable form. If you're having issues with keeping it moist look into sip. Fill a concrete mixing tub with perlite and put a sight hole/refill pipe in the corner. Now get some weed barrier and lay it over the top to prevent algae. Now you simply set the smarties on top and capillary action takes over. The plants cannot be overwatered. They drink as they need it. Always keep water level 1" below the surface of the lava rock.

The wicking action will transport water through moisture exchange. I'm trying everything to help you as well as all these other fine gentlemen. We've led you to the drinking hole...you know what to do.

It's breaking my heart because I understand you need meds! I want you to get you some.

the promix is new not sure how long it set on the shelf
I don't have a problem with keeping them watered that was in coco I did not know u need to keep it wet to keep it happy but a good idea for people that do

and think on next clone going to just give them a lil does of grow calmag microblast med k then after that just go to grow and watch them and see how that does to them so the exchange should be nice in charged form that n should not need more calmag for a lil am I on the right track here??

If i'm not mistaken promix contains a buffer which would have to be calcium carbonate. Pure peatmoss is acidic as hell. That's why we have to add lime. See different mediums call for different regiments.

i'll be honest as @heisenbubble would say i'm lost in the sauce when it comes to soiless. throw some worm shit in there and i can help ya out lol.

Yeah all that bag shit is for the birds but you are correct.if the substrate lacks a buffer he can pH the water for good results and check the runoff.typically the plants will.tell you what they are needing or don't want

I feel for ya.. never a good feeling when the girls look sad. Don't beat yourself up too much about it tho. There's always a solution. I recently learned my ph probe calibration was off by .7 I read that Earth Juice has to be precisely PH'd. When was the last time you cleaned and calibrated your meter? Do you mix your nutes up ahead of time and let them sit in a container? Do you ever give plain PH'd Water? Do you supplement compost teas/extracts? Have you tried giving 1/4 strength nutes for a while? Pictures would help.

with the more people I talk to find they don't ph bc of the lime in the mix so the promix does the phing for u
I clean and calibrate 1x a week I have a blue lap pin
I used to mix then bubblefor 24 hours but quit doing that
I don't give plan water bc of promix needs the nute its self don't have any
I have tried earth worm teas did not seem to do really any thing did not make them worst
I have tried 1%-100% nutes strength

I use lime in my soil as well but I still PH. I haven't heard that about promix before but I don't use it anymore either (I'm in Nectar#8). What do you PH to? In veg I shoot for 6.0-6.2 and in flower I go for 6.4.
You could have a nutrient build up that's locking you out (not certain without pics). It wouldn't hurt to do a slurry test. Kinda like testing runoff but tells you whats going on in your root zone. You take 2oz (=4Tbsp) PH neutral (ph=7) water and 2oz (=4Tbsp) of your soilless mix from your plants pot and mix them up and stick your PH and PPM meters in it. If your ph is whacky and/or your PPMs real high then that could reveal your problem. Best of luck!

They kinda just look like they want nitrogen to me. Maybe try a foliar application? I use Sea Green and Ful-Power as a foliar with some other things and my girls love it. They always have a luscious dark green color the day after I spray them with that. Hope you get it straightened out! ;)
