Also if your roots are already growing through the bottom of the pots, that does hint at an interesting draining issue. If the soil drains too fast, roots only grow straight down and not too far out. If the soil drains too slow roots may grow in a more succulent like manner and not fully fill to the bottom of the pot. So if you did water your plants, then let them sit in water, the roots still tried to grow down instead of around your pot?

in in 2 and 3 weeks of flower i really dont want to transplant and im using promix moisture control with add perlite
Yeah, I would not want to transplant in flower either. And cutting the root is out of the question for the same reasons. Get a much larger width pot, fill with 8-12 inches of new soil and stick the whole thing in there. Also, I would drill a ton of holes in the side of the pots to encourage better air flow and drainage thru the soil.

Good looking plants. Are they staying outside now? If they are, dig a hole and put the entire thing in the ground after drilling holes.
The air won't hurt the root, but it won't stay root for long. I say leave the pot, just drill holes in it. Its much less stress to the plant than a full transplant and in flower, the wrong stress can mess with a harvest.

Gee, a shame you kinda got hijacked on your forum...from issue to transplanting...

Lets get back to the original issue. The spots on the leaves are representative of a few issues...Calcium...calcium deficiency looks evident
Nutrient burn

Then there is PH

and here is Phosphorous

Can we determine the cause, not really, not without process of elimination. Aquaman hit the nail on the head - defoliate those lower fans...make some air
All this over / under watering....the bottom line, plants DROWN from not enough OXYGEN in the soil - we really cannot overwater, we can water too often. If the soil compacts, the roots starve for Oxygen. That can cause every single issue you are facing /might be facing.
It is NOT worth it to spend so much energy on leaves that low...on average, the first 2 nodes do not even count...you cannot say your plant has issues if the problem is only those at those areas.
So, to aerate the soil, and hopefully not stress the plant (yeah, auto are more sensitive than photos but not prima donna's that most make them out to be...). I train, top, fim and transplant my auto all the time. Transplanting can actually extend the flower period...I have had auto that I went from 1 to 2 to 3 to 45 gal pot and extended life cycle to 23 weeks, harvesting over 3 oz GSCookie. But back to air. I use a spike (like a pencil, chopstick, garden staples (I use the to train / hold down branches during LST...they are the best) and poke holes...DO NOT DRINK THE OCEAN...meaning do not so it all at 1 time...a few every other day. We tend out plants can should be able to recognize healthy from unhealthy. I do NOTHING to unhealthy plants..
Are you using cal/mag? Foliar spray? I crush eggs, blenderize them to a powder, add Organic Apple Cider vinegar, steep for a week with air, 1 tsp per gal water - plants absorb nutrients / elements in 1 day as compared to soil uptake and Ph is usually not an issue unless you are like over 9 or under 3...I often add 1/2 tsp epson salts. All this then goes into my little sprayer and at lights off or just at lights on SPRAY
The MAJORITY of your plants LOOK EXCELLENT...if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just defoliate the lower branches and maybe start poking some holes in the root ball / soil

Most strains like the pH at 6.3 Even a bit off can reduce the uptake of nutes.
