I have both books (my precious) and they changed a lot of the ways I do things. I also saw the author on a ppanel at the Emerald cup with Jorge and another lady from Dragon Flyer Earth Medicine.

Yea I am a botany major, still pretty fresh into the program though. I did AACT/Organic living soil for a few years. Just swapped over to coco and canna nutes though. Brewing tea and making compost and raising sprouts proved to time/space consuming in an apartment. Maybe when I am back in a house I will swap back to organic. For now I am loving how simple canna is

I used to grow with the entire canna line in a coco mix as well and I can tell u without a doubt that organic regimen is blowing canna away the growth I see coming from organics is insane

yea don't get me wrong, I love organics, found it made some of the best tasting bud around. I was pretty regullarly hitting .8 grams a watt with no co2. And I probably will end up going back to organics. At the moment though in a apartment grow, and full time student its pretty difficult to find the time to make aact , vermicrop compost etc. Its nice having a simple nute line up. your plants look dank. I'm in Oregon as well, Eugene area

YA organic would be hard to do in an apartment, you likely have to choose between organics and getting laid with all the compos and worm farms and bokashi. LOL

Diversity is key in organics you gotta make the biodiversity in the soil very extensive with lots of bacteria and fungi as well as other things like worms, anthropods, nematodes alol that good stuff. But yeah i used bottled nutrients for the last year and a half growing for investors now I'm growing for myself and I'm back to organics and wow being away from organics for a year and a half made me forget how much happier the plants are in a organic system and the growth is much more vigorous Probiotics are extremely important they really get the health and vigor back

Katsu`s Bubba Kush last round was actually a combo of the full canna line and full Humboldt line alternating between the two and was grown in basement mix this was all well I was working for a investor this next katsu will come out even better!

For those particular pictures of the katsu I was using my Sony Hx400v which is a very solid entry level camera that will teach u all u need to know about shooting with a DSLR all offered in a 50x zoom single lens zoom pack for 500$ most the higher quality photos in post are taken with my newer Pentax K3 though so technically two different cameras are used

LOL yea. I am getting a nice chunk of cash shortly and am looking at upgrading some gear, doing research and such. I am hoping to get a 4k set up for flower and 600 mh and 500 watts of t5 for veg. Have the veg gear, and 1k watts of HPS already, just need 3 sets up. Gonna get a water cooled Co2 generator as well.

Thousands are cool and all but 600s work really outstandingly well if u don't use glass In you vented hoods or if u use adjusta wings the temp is easier to control and u can get the light closer to the plant without burning them and I know friends of mine Cropin over a lb per 600 and I'm gonna do even a lil better then that I think with , you tent set up I'm guessing probably 1 1/2 lbs from the tent maybe more if things go super well

My Louis is getting big fast and it's gonna outgrow the space I have available if I don't flip soon cuz I know I'm expectin a good stretch from at least 3 of my 4 plants my Bubba not really a stretcher
