Thank god there's someone in my state on here. So I feel like 3 mature and then up to 22 veg could be ok, but it looks to me that it's still up in the air. However 6 in total is confirmed as safe amount.

Look at the "Cultivation " section. Once it goes over 6 plants the penalties are " unspecified or N/A".

She can lock you down if you dont move but the energy from the haze side is evident as soon as youre vertical, very chatty and open for me. Taste and smell is toward bubblegum with an earthy spice in the aftertaste i havent put my finger on yet.
