Wow. After all my time growing indoors it's crazy to see how far along outdoor has come with y'alls restrictions lifted. We have to stay under radar here. So ndoor or mall outdoor. But ni supercrops like is. Great work. Cant wait to get where I can try my uck at the same. 6 days til the adventure beguns lol

Thanks man! and the road is going to more legalization...give it time and Im sure more and more states will be getting on board.

hey @Blaze or @Seamaiden or anyone really that cares to chime in.

Any suggestions/ or mind describing how you ph large volumnes of water and use your automated watering?

I have been noticing my ph coming from the well has drastically raised this year...coming out 7.9 - 8.5 obviously this needs to come down. Is there any systems that hook up to the water system and auto adjust ph? Or is the only option a reservoir and a pump and manually ph-ing huge batches?

What size res do you big guys think it would take for 12 plants - 6 in 200s, 2 in 100s, and 6 planted in huge holes? Last year my big plants in 65s were easily drinking 20+ gallons each a day...thats a big ass res!

For OD I don't pH my irrigation, the plants get it as it comes out of the well. Sometimes in the low 8s, other times closer to 9.

I've been focusing my efforts on reducing water usage, or rather, I had been. For that reason alone I no longer use anything like a Smart Pot.

Honestly, I'm not sure of two things. 1) I'm not sure you need to pH the irrigation water. 2) I'm not sure about how you'd go about pHing it in the first place, not that kind of volume that's not recirculating.

whew, shitty weather here last few days- thunder and lightening, and windy, with tons of rain. Mini greenhouses dont seem to mind one bit. They shake a bit, but plastic is staying firmly in place, and plants are staying dry and protected, and lights are running with no water getting on em. Nice to things working the way they were meant to, all while doing it by the seat of my pants. The biggest plants just cleared the upper most level of the tomato cages, and are looking like they are nearly ready to go up into the 200s. Gonna wait till the weather is a bit nicer, and fed the empty pots AACT one more time to help the clover break down faster, and then will be nearly time to plant them! Cant wait, this season is looking like one for the books!

My pH has always been fairly stable so I have never had to adjust large volumes. One idea a friend of mine implemented to deal with his 8.5 water was hooking up a dose-a-tron with pH down to his irrigation line. You don't need a big mixing tank that way, it just does it on the fly. You still need to manually calibrate the dose-a-tron, but it seemed to work very well.

Good news and bad news. bad is my damn goats ate 2 plants- gogi og f3 x nepali from bohdi, and the prime moonshine from clone. The gogi is dead - ate to the soil, the prime moonshine has some left on it, so I imagine it will come back, just might get a bit slow going.

Good news is my broody duck successfully hatched her eggs. up to 10 so far it seems, hard to tell for sure, shes pretty protective.

Have u considered putting in a rain water tank .
thanks, Ill check one of those out!
not only will it provide the best water u can get , but u can also pump irrigation water in and use citric juice to lower . ph. Really nto sure why more of u guys in the states dont use them 5000 gal lasts a fair time and u end up with ph 7 water and very low ppm mines 76

Yea, I been looking for a large one, havent found one at a price I want to pay yet. I definitely have the right climate - fuckin rains every month here lol.

The Bangi haze and Guatemala land race are really taking off now. They are in 2 gallons and all about 1 footers now. the stem rubs are getting pretty nice! the guatemala espcailly have a exotic smell that is very intoxicating to the nose. The bangi haze are very uniform, but I do have my eye on a male whose standing taller then his siblings, noding faster, louder stem rub, and possibly next up into my male chamber.

got some sunshine today, well, pockets of it! plants took it in for all it was worth though.

Also got the auto water system setup today, and soaked my cooking soil with water. will be turning the soil every few days, and feeding it simple EWC + molasses tea just to aid the cooking process. When I turned it, there was a ton of steam coming out, so definitely need the cooking time. Hopefully may 23rd will be long enough.

moved to norcal. in stockton rn, trying to see if this lady lets me come light dep her plants for the next six weeks. aint much but its work. and im loving yalls weather. laytonville is lovely. im still looking for any m ore local work if anyone knows anyone who needs anything. trying to make it in the cannabis industry, struggling rn, but i got my eyes set on my goal and i wont give up. your plants are looking incredible, so excited to save for my own piece of land and start growing some outdoor ladies. keep up the great crop bruh!

Well, I really scored today! got to revisit a grower I have mad respect for, and got a second tour. I got to see it 8 weeks ago when he was in veg, but got to see deep flower today...holy fuck. just when I thought I was getting pretty pro, got to see what a real pro grow looks like. He runs 30+ gavitas, and a pretty dope setup + green thumb. I scored 2 epic strains to! Las vegas purple kush, and Purple Trainwreck. Got to see them in flower, so I know they are legit dank fucking cuts, and very impressive test reports on both.

Keep that mentality, and you will reach it. My advice, for what its worth, you either build your dreams, or someone hires you to build theres. Personally I would recommend getting your own stuff going, even if just starting with one light. I started with CFLs under my iguanas cage. Just gotta put the work and time in, reinvest as much as you can into making a better run next cycle, and eventually you will get it all!

I ran a purple train wreck from reserva privada years ago.im still tryin to refind the parma violet type pheno again without success and i ran a few more packs too.its always that one u didnt get cuts of for watever reason that turns out awesome.
i hope yourz ticks all your boxes.
that sour cherry,s lookin superb aswell.

Hows your og nepali x goji f3 (i call em nepoji for short) comin along?im curious to see wat u think of em.
iv seen u run goji aint i?or atleast u hav ran goji?

Been following along, things are looking great. I can't wait to start doing things outside again, have to find the right spot first. I like your use of the rabbit dung as well, nothing like organically-derived triacontanol.

I scored...Las vegas purple kush,

Just a heads up on the LVPK, I ran a couple cuts of it indoors last fall, in the midst of a nasty broad mite outbreak, and it was one of the strains that had less of a resistance than the others (cinex was the worst). No way of knowing if we had identical genetics, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to chime in, just something to keep an eye on.

Keep up the good work!

Yea, I have seen some dope trainwreck pics, but I havent grown trainwreck myself yet. Pretty excited, as the plants he had flowering were thick, reeked, and were daaaank.
