Oh man.... been a while since I checked your thread, was wondering if you were still around man.

True statement about the security risks, it's simply not safe to be posting pics to ig or anywhere major like that and one shouldn't even be accessing forums without using a VPN or Tor regardless of if the site uses HTTPS or not. It's simply not safe, I don't care what admin says they don't keep IP logs. It's easy for the NSA to intercept this traffic and they're known to have capabilities to decrypt HTTPS. The best bet is using a VPN as at least your IP is obscured and your traffic is encapsulated in (as of now) unbreakable encryption.

Also, make sure to be scrubbing the EXIF data from your images before you post them, again regardless of if the site admin says all images are scrubbed. Better safe than sorry. You don't want some asshat DEA agent to do some simple analysis and figure out not only where the pic was taken, but by what device, at what time and sometimes, by who.

The other option is to go old school, loose lips sink ships. The less places on the web that have this stuff out there, the better for you in the long run. As your friend is learning, they'll use this shit against you and in the case of his ig, that's indisputable evidence. They have his phone hardware ID, retrieve from the uploads, and probably have his phone now in evidence too. It's a shitty situation all around. Sucks he got popped, but some discretion would've saved his ass. Personally I have no connections to anything canna related on any social media attached to my online presence, completely detached from this "secret" part of my life. It's us against them and we all should be responsible enough to recognize it's not quite safe enough to put your name next to these products without adequate (a) bankrolls and (b) legal representation.

Gonna be heading up that within the month, finally getting back to the PNW and the damn fine smoke that is up there. Will be glad to be saying goodbye to 12% THC "high grade" going for $50 an eighth and hello to that top shelf organic. Will have to avoid your threads for a bit longer then, will be too tempted to get back at it too soon otherwise ;) glad to see you about man. If you aren't familiar with anything mentioned above, shoot me a pm, I'll give a quick run down on everything that will help protect you online. It's a little system I call my internet condom. Everyone should use one lol

Yea, I could use a pm with where to get that "condom" I've debated back and forth about the forums to be honest...I used to get a lot out of them when I first joined and was learning to grow...been a long time since I was but a grass hopper lol. I can't seem to let go though, I have met a lot of great contacts off the forums that have been awesome, but I do worry. And truthfully, it now seems the majority of the stuff floating around the forums is all shit, and you gotta wade thru all the fakes, scammers, douches, and dick measuring. And your right, lose lips!

Yea, I left a couple other online places because they can't be trusted with security issues. Thinking of not posting anything else this year, but who knows. I always take at least a couple pictures, of at least one section of my garden. I never take pictures of everything.

Where I am, the sun index is 9+ every day, all summer long. If you give the plants a proper nutrition schedule, and really push photosynthesis, you can produce some monsters. Two years ago, I got a late start at this property. I planted one foot tall plants in July, and my heaviest came in at 5 lbs. I find starting plants any earlier requires supplemental lighting, and you will experience more early flowering plants that need to be culled. It's all about rapid growth, from day one to harvest.

Both the ancient and goji I feel may not pass your needs for pm resistance. However, out of the 6 I grew of each, none of them developed any mildew until after the first round of harvest. Then the popcorn nugs had to get harvested a little before I would have liked, due to pm.

When do you normally plant?

I normally have starts going this time of year. And put plants 4' tall out June 1st. Las year I was just in 65 gallons and it fubar ed the yoeld. I got 4 # a plant, but as big as they were, if they had been in 100s or 200s would have had the root space to push thicker colas. That and shit ty trellises. Last year I moved in June though, so was behind. I'm shotting to put 4' tall plans in the ground by mid march, with supplimental lights.

And ya, the gogi I ran got pm in the lowers to, no bud rot though.
This year should be what I more expect outta my outdoor. Proper planning, time. And 2 of the trees that shade my greenhouse first thing in am and last thing at dusk are chopped down, so should have full sun all day now. I know that shit right there will mame a fat difference.

New local laws allow me to grow 72 plants on my property. Maybe pictures will happen. Letting the law stand for a month, then going to see my lawyer on retainer again. Make sure I am good, then if the law allows, I will blow things up this season. So happy to see local laws not being too devastating.

Thats awesome!! 72 is a damn good number. my legal limit is just 22 flowering. But 2 patients are about to start growing, so losing 2 cards.

How does that work? I mean, if these patients don't have a stockpile of medicine ready to cover the 3+ months until harvest, do you still provide to them until the first harvest then you lose the licenses? Or as soon as they have their production license, you're no longer their caregiver?

They get a small chunk, as this cycle they have their cards here with me listed as the grower, but they didn't contribute to the grow this round, so they will only get 2 ozs each as per the deal they have with me. Usually my military patients/long time patients invest in the startup - as in this cycle on guy paid part of the power bill for a larger stake in the harvest, and another guy picked me up a new bigger air pump for bigger batches of compost tea, he will get a bigger stake. Its all percentages, and based on what the Co Op needs at the moment. In california I had a lot more flexibility, as plant counts are a lot easier, laws are a lot more lax, and easy to work within. oregon to be honest I have to be a little less legit, and a lot more paranoid as the government here is constantly finding new ways to fuck small growers in order to pave way for corporate interests to take over.

nope, no leds, and the flower room is just hps. The blue light you see is from my camera trying to focus out the yellow and overcorrecting lol.

Well, one of my patients paid me to get some specific seeds for him, so ordered up some sativa stuff. Hes also considering adding his card to my grow. So I went ahead and Got a 10 pack of panama From ace seeds (what the patient wanted). since I was already ordering, I also ordered some Malawai @Mohican after hearing the description from ace, and mo, couldn't resist, and it got me to the next freebie level. Got 8 golden tigers freebie, and 2 mystery seeds, and 4 Guatemalan sativas freebie. They hooked it up!

Anyway, not that I don't have enough other shit going on genetic wize, but hey, if it gets me another card, and keeps a patient happy, Im happy to throw a few sativas into rotation, and get to experience some stuff I haven't experienced before.

Coming onto week 4 tomorrow, everything is looking good. Gonna have to start making my heavy feeder flower teas, all the plants are telling me, hey fucker, we are huge, we want more food! Seems I should have gone into 20 gallon pots, not 10s. The aromas coming outta the garage are intense...I wasn't going to run my charchoal filter as my house is so secluded off the road and from neighbors, but its getting pretty ridiculous. The super purples all have a really nice honeysuckle, jasmine, floral smell. the dog kush are all like serious gas, fuel, diesel, burnt rubber, kush, earthy stank. Invades the nose, thats for sure. The gorilla glue is getting into the chem funk now to. All the smells are definitely loud this cycle...between the co2, and weekly teas, they are pretty damn happy. Gotta say, its nice having a cycle like this one. Not fighting any bugs, pm, heat, cold, nothing. Temps are exactly where I want them, with no ac! and they are just eating and drinking like pigs in fresh slop.

got another kune kune pig today. she is a proven breeder, and from same gentleman I got the piglets from. He got out of pigs, and offered her free of charge, so ended up throwing him some buds instead to say thanks.

She is pretty sweet, knows her name, comes when called, loves rolling around like a dog for belly rubs. pretty funny to see a 400 pound pig do that! My boars ran up on her instantly, and were quite thrilled to see her. Hopefully she will let one of them mount her ;)

I worked on a hog farm in North Georgia.

We had a Hampshire sow named Lambsquarters
who had the run-of-the-farm.

She was a pet and would hang out with us everywhere we were working;
including breaks where she would lay down in the sitting circle,
and drink her bottle of beer--
and eat her joint...
