Personal Medical Grow {Casey Jones and OG Kush}

I don't mind at all if you post in my journal, in fact i prefer if you post your opinions and feel free to critique anything I am doing.

This will be an on going journal for my medicine. It will make things a lot easier since everything will be in one place.

I am growing this medicine for personal use so I will only flower 3-4 at a time.

Casey Jones: Unknown pheno, supposed to be from oaksterdam, which were apparently dropped off by joe himself, but who knows I have no idea what it turns out to be.

OG Kush: Unknown decade old cut, any help in identifying will be appreciated. Some of the best medicine I ever had. Low yield but top notch meds.

PM is what killed me late flowering last round. I got a ton of air flow in there so hope I don't get it this round and maybe I can take the OG to its full potential.

TBH Shady, I don't want to sound cocky but I don't know if OG could be grown better than my first run. A few of my friends/patients tried it and the OG was devastatingly potent.

This run the nute line up has changed so I just hope the OG could be as good or else I am going back to my old organic-hydro nutes by Dutch-Glory.

How do you use your Roots Excelurator and Great White? I'm about to do another injection of Great White into all my soil plants today (been a couple weeks since the last treatment). I've heard so many great things about Roots Excelurator and would seriously consider dropping the cash on a bottle, but the directions say to use it in the first 5 weeks:



So is this the first 5 weeks of veg or bloom? :wondering

Thanks Shady, yah I am with you, let get tons of opinions on this.

I don't do any injections I just add the great white to my nute mix. I used 2 scoops per 5 gallon nute mix for the first few feeding, no I just use 1 scoop per 5 gallon nute mix every few weeks, although it probably isn't necessary because I reckon everything is well and growing in medium.

For Roots, i use 0.5ml/gallon all the way through veg and then 3-4 weeks into flower as well. By this time the roots are on steroids, and you are good for rest of the bloom.

Roots is actually a very cheap product compared to many other supplements, the price tag is high and a lot of folks steer clear from the price but a little bottle will last you ages. Also you don't have to use the suggested dose just use half.

This is one product that even other companies like botanicare suggest, just because they all know that it is the shiznit. Plus H&G is one of the most secretive companies about how and what they use to manufacture their products, so no one has a damn clue what makes it soo good, everyone just knows that it works really good.

PBP, I reckon is almost all organic, right? Great white will most definitely make the plants eat more. I noticed a diff on how fast the plant eat with great white.

Yeah as good as the OG is, I am kind of preparing my self to let it go, because for a small time personal med grower it makes no sense to keep a small yielder like OG if CJ is as potent as the OG.

When I finished growing the OG, my goal was to find a strain that grows super dank bud like OG but yields at least 3 times more, I am stoked because I think I might have hit the jackpot with the CJ. But trying not to get too excited in case the CJ lets me down.

12/12 Day 27

Any guesses on the which CJ pheno I have? 8 weeker or 10 weeker?

Last round I pulled off about 40g from 1 OG, i had 2. This round I only have 1 OG and the goal is to pull of 50-60g from 1 OG. I been training my self in the training department, and I think I did a better job with training the OG this round, I moved the longer main stalks to the sides of the plants, all the smaller side branches are in the middle to get loads of light.

This one is my fav CJ cola, as this is my second grow, I didn't know any of the strains got this frosty by day 27. Before I started growing I was reading in a book by I think Jorge or Ed saying not to worry the trichromes will usually appear around week 5. Thanks He3d Seeds for making such killer genetics with the CJ.

at what ppm are you feeding these gals? i'm running the same nutes as you, but with a botanicare base; i use chaching and snow storm ultra as well. i was also using koolbloom but dropped it, looking for more potassium than phosphorus, ever considered using it?
