so i had a pudding pack left and thought to experiment. so they don't root weed, but i did get roots off of 3 hibiscus cuttings in about 7 days. it looks so sweet cuz you can see where the parenchyma cells in the stem differentiate into roots.

The manufacturer says it doesn't work with acid-loving plants. I wouldn't consider cannabis an acid-loving plant, maybe slightly acidic? Which has me thinking, if you could somehow lower the ph of the gel, then it might work.
