Fwiw, I never wait till the stem snaps, or leaves r crispy. It's too dry imo. I just go by feel.I dono. If the stems snap it’s way too dry imo. Don’t overthink it. When it feel like weed should feel, jar it up. If it’s soft give it more time. Better to be too early than too late. No coming back from dried out

I take the large fans at harvest, hang for a week, trim the rest, hang for a week, take it off the vine and jar it. I also burp a lot the first couple weeks
