It's been a while since I've made some teriyaki beef jerky, used to do it all the time. In fact, at one point I was actually making two batches per week. That didn't last very long though.
Very much looking forward to it, can't wait! Not sure if I'll do it tomorrow or if I'll let this marinate for two days instead of one.

I do it about the easiest way there possibly is bro. Store bought marinade, (a matter of personal taste there for anyone doing it), let it marinate for a minimum of 18 hours, obviously longer is usually better but, not always, trial and error will dial in where the preferred flavor comes out the best. Then I pour the entire contents into a pot, add a small amount of water to thin the marinade a touch for boiling, bring it to a gentle boil for 4-5 minutes, then put the pieces in the dehydrator. I've found that it generally only takes around an hour in the dehydrator to get it to where I like it. Although, if I needed it to last for a longer period of time I'd definitely run it a little longer, it will get tougher the longer you run it, I think, but you definitely get a longer shelf life out of it though.

Got all.kinds of goodies in there.anyone ever fool with wifi43?that shit is super vigorous.have never seen growth like it before in my life.ive had to top it already way back and it just keeps coming.
