For all who are new to growing
For those who may be reluctant to aggresive trimming
for those just learning

this is an example of how I trim my plants
after vegging for a few weeks
I pick the strongest branches
I then hack off everything else and trim up to the top 4 nodes per branch
then flip

this is a extremely small test run of the cross I have left...see pink pistils plant a few pages back as I usually have this tray maxed but these clones are what I have left as I am restarting some new seeds and have enough product to last me for at least half the year as well as a few bushes outside

but
for anyone who may look at these in horror....not to worry
I am in the business of growing flowers not leaves
the picture above is on day 1 of flip to 12/12
each of the 4 nodes per branch will grow 1 single cola/flower cluster
each one of those plants will finish between 60-100g of dry weight

this is the best technique I have found
instead of lolli popping on day 14 which in my opinion slows the plant down
you have already dont the work and you can allow your plant to focus strictly on producing flowers

Totally dig the haircut before the flip. I like to let them relax a little during the transition directly following the final pruning. Once they've adjusted to the 12/12 they just start pushing bud. I just finished 90 days of veg and extensive LST. Each plant is ready with 5-6 strong mains. Can't wait to watch em fill in.
