here is one from the desert.. he was on my front door step trying to warm up, he was rather sluggish when i took this picture. normally i get rattle snakes but this time i came across this big fat fella.

That's funny and sad at the same time. Funny pic but you know that skunk wasnt in a happy place.Found this guy while on a Elk scouting trip some years back. I helped removed the yogurt cup that was stuck on his head and then cleaned up the area someone used as camp.

They live across from my garden. If I don't keep an eye on them when they free range in the afternoons they will start plucking leaves and flowers from our girls through the fence.
